When an unhoused man is stabbed to death in a downtown park, Graff and Bateman are called to investigate as attention turns to his various neighbours.
Episode 2
When a computer tech is killed Graff and Bateman investigate Graff recognizes the method as being used by professionals killers but thinks the perp knew the method but is not experienced. When a judge a commits suicide they are called because he had the name of the murdered tech written down. They discover he was a subscriber to a site used by people looking for extramarital relationships. They learn the tech hacked and didn't want money. So they wonder why did she do it? They learn her friend met someone through the site who molested her and she wants to know who he is so she can report it to the police. So they think this person killed the tech to keep his secret.
Episode 3
When an airport worker is found dead of an apparent suicide, Graff and Bateman quickly deduce he has been murdered and may be responsible for a crime of his own.
Episode 4
The team is called to investigate when a young wife is killed in her Hoggs Hollow home, and they uncover a secret hidden within the home and the police department.
Episode 5
When a couple are killed all signs leads everyone to assume it's a robbery but the couple's son tells them that he fears a gang might be involved because a member of the gang was making the father do things for him but the head of the gang whose also the father of the one they suspect tells them he and the father were friends he wouldn't kill him. Soon info provided by the son they pursue a former employee. And when they get him he denies killing them. It becomes obvious that the son is trying to lead them away from him. That's when they discover he's keeping a secret. That he wanted to keep from his parents.
