Un criminel sans nom

The murder of a beautiful chambermaid becomes personal when prosecutor Elisabeth Brochène discovers that the victim seemed to be interested in the police lieutenant Marie Balaguère. During the investigation, Marie Balaguère finds out that one of the client of the hotel where the victim worked appears to be her biological father from whom she never heard before. She quickly discovers that he's a con artist. Despite not knowing him she doesn't see a suspect in him. The fact that the prosecutor ads him on the suspect list is putting the friendship between the two women in jeopardy.

Prosecutor Elisabeth Brochène joins Police Lieutenant Marie Balaguère on a crime scene where a shooting took place. A lawyer's clerk and an accountant are dead while a notary has survived the shooting thanks to the quick reaction of a witness. The policewoman is not indifferent to the witness's charms.

Isabelle, a young woman runs through the streets in middle of the night. Her closes are ripped and dusty. A police car tries to avoid her but she's hit by the car. The policemen hear the woman saying "He tried to killed me". Prosecutor Elizabeth Brochène and police lieutenant Marie Balaguère investigate the case.
