In order to raise the money that she needs, Rosa (Damayanti Quintanar), works two jobs: one in a chemical factory and the other as part of the cleaning staff at the Valladares home, one of the wealthiest families in the city. It will be this job that puts her in the wrong place at the wrong time and which will leave her trapped in a dark and dangerous world where -first, in order to save her own life and then to get the resources needed for her son's medical treatment. Thanks to her talent, she will become a valuable resource for a network of murder and impunity. While she works to devise a plan that will change the rules of the game.

Rosa is a single mother who works cleaning at the Valladares home and in a chemical warehouse. She has OCD. Her son, Felipe, suffers from congenital heart disease that is curable with a surgery in the United States. Rodrigo, the youngest member of the Valladares family, rapes a young woman together with his cousin Francisco and they film it. Their friend Sebastian doesn't agree with the situation, when leaving the place he suspiciously meets with Chaparro. Rosa has to work at a reception at Sonia Valladares' modeling agency where Fanny, one of the models, is murdered. Rosa unwittingly discovers the crime scene and being threatened she begs for her life and offers to clean up the crime scene in return.
