Wedding planners Stefan and Marie see Thomas Rohde and Monika Fischer to beautiful, semi-wild Croatia, to wed without the blessing of his son Max and her daughter Laura, who grow closer as allied opposition. Marie hopes to reconcile them all on a sailing yacht, which she must charter from and with captain Daniel Bergmann, her own ex-fiance-colleague, whom Stefan found there setting up an eco-resort. A storm makes the trip truth time quickly.

Wedding planner Stefan Herbst's long-separated wife Andrea stands in for Marie, who is with Daniel on Croatian holiday, which he wants to keep quiet. Lukas Berger boards to wed his fiancee Tanja Eilwanger aboard, but while sailing he learns from his Corinna Berger, their foreign divorce was never formally finalized conform German law, so Lukas has Corinna fly to cruise destination Australia with papers for a German notary, Tanja needn't now, but Tanja unwittingly sabotages that scenario. Beatrice drives the crew bonkers with her obsession with the wedding aboard of her blind friend Julia König and Valentin Müller, who turns out to be the father of the young man who drove the car which caused the crash that blinded Julia, and Beatrice insists he must come clean. Stefan and Andrea must step up as the Australian events agency they counted on went bust.
