Cruise director Tom welcomes new colleague Betty, expecting to look after honeymooners Nina and Casper, who came to wed aboard, having met in a Kopenhagen restaurant, but are last-minute accompanied by their mothers-in-law, fashion academy buddies and business partners until Marion felt betrayed by Sandra. Casper decided to invite both, having learned his mother's ailing firm needs his help, although he never made clear he refuses to continue at after her, preferring to become the chef in a world-traveling restaurant with his bride. Reconciling Sandra and Marion might solve things. As a couple canceled last-minute, their place is taken by German Navy admiral Gunther (59), and his 15 years younger second wife Natalie who booked for him as anniversary gift, with her nerd teen daughter Maja, who convinces them to fix the absence of a 'real' wedding so long after the registrar's office. Günther however is Tom's long-estranged father who broke up his first family by adultery, leaving both biter since this made Tom switch from navy to cruise ship.
