Upon his first day of release (after 34 years) from a psychiatric hospital, he murders Dennis Kerr. Next, the case of French serial killer Guy Rampillon aka Guy Georges ("The Beast of the Bastille") who, after a long history of attacking women, rapes and murders seven female victims (ages 19-32) between 1991 and 1997. He remains in prison today. Lastly, experts review the circumstances of two murders committed by 10-year-old Mary Flora Bell (4-year-old Martin Brown on May 25, 1968 and 3-year-old Brian Howe) in England. After serving 12 years in a secure children's home, she is released and has never committed a crime since.

Also examined is the May 15, 1981 rape and murder of 12-year-old Melissa Walbridge and the rape and attempted murder of her close friend 11-year-old Meghan O'Rourke in the United States. These crimes were committed by 15-year-old James "Jamie" Savage and 16-year-old Louis "Louie" Hamlin III. Last, the murder of 11-year-old Joe Geeling (aka Jay Scott) by 14-year-old Michael Hamer (aka Michael H.) on March 1, 2006 in England after Geeling refuses Hamer's sexual advances is reviewed.

The gay bashing murder of a teacher and librarian Kenneth Zeller on June 21, 1985 in Canada is examined. This homophobic hate crime was committed by Henry John Juszczuk (16), Richard Leo Bauer (15), Steven Christou (16), Michael Christopher Burak (16), and Michael David Bedard (18). Next, the murder of Marcelo Lucero, an immigrant from Ecuador who had been living in the United States for 16 years, on November 8, 2008. This was done by racist 16- and 17-year-olds Nicholas Haush, Jordan Dash, Jeffrey Conroy, Christopher Overton, Anthony Hartford, Kevin Shane, and Jose Pacheco who were out looking to attack "a Mexican." Next, briefly discussed is the October 1993 murder of homeless vagrant Pierre "Pierrot" Bourras in France by three boys between the ages 8 and 10 done out of solidarity because the man stole from another homeless man that they liked (Jean-Marc Lardeux). Last, the August 10, 2007 murder of Sophie Lancaster and savage beating of her boyfriend Robert Maltby in England because they are goth. This was committed by teenagers (between 15 and 17 years of age) Daniel Mallet, Brendan Harris, Daniel Hulme, Joseph Hulme, and Ryan Herbert.

First, the case of 12-year-old Jasmine Richardson ("Amanda Patterson") and her 23-year-old boyfriend Jeremy Allan Steinke (aka Jackson May) in Canada. On April 23, 2006, he stabbed her mother Debra ("Robin") 14 times and her father Marc ("Frances") 24 times. It is unsure which of the two did it but, one of them slit her 8-year-old brother Jacob's ("James") throat as well. Next, the case of 13-year-old Guinevere Wendy Gardner and her 15-year-old boyfriend James Evans in the United States. He murdered her grandmother Elizabeth "Betty" Gardner by strangling her with a yo-yo string on December 28, 1994. Last, the case of 14-year-old Pierre Folliot in France. On October 27, 2004, he shot his mother Lydie, father Thierry, 12-year-old sister Marion, and 4-year-old brother Louis. His sister survived her injuries.

The April 28, 1999 shooting incident at W. R. Myers High School in Canada is discussed. A former student, 14-year-old Todd Cameron Smith, fatally shot 17-year-old student Jason Lang at point-blank range. He also shot Shane Christmas and just missed another student. This all happened just eight days after the Columbine massacre, which Smith was obsessed with watching on the news. Next, the case of 14-year-old "Leïla Zafer" who, on March 6, 1995 in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy, France, strangled her 13-year-old friend Sabrina Dubois (Sabrina Vallée) to death in the school bathroom after a quarrel. "Zafer" had a history of bad behavior and committing crimes such as shoplifting, larceny, and vandalism. The mother of Sabrina even previously asked the school that her daughter be transferred to another class. The principal denied the request. Last, the October 1, 1997 Pearl High School shooting in the United States is examined. It was perpetrated by 16-year-old student Luke Woodham. After fatally stabbing and bludgeoning his mother Mary Ann Woodham in their home, he drove her car to school and fatally shot Lydia Kaye Dew and Christina Menefee, his former girlfriend. He also wounded seven others.

First, the case of charismatic 18-year-old Darren Huenemann who had two of his friends (16-year-old Derik Lord and 15-year-old David Muir) murder his 47-year-old mother Sharon Huenemann and his 69-year-old grandmother Doris Leatherbarrow. They committed this heinous act on October 5, 1990 in Canada (their second attempt). The motive was that Darren Huenemann would inherit approximately $4,000,000 after the death of his mother and grandmother. He promised to share some of this inheritance with Lord and Muir if they carried out the double murder. Next, the case of two abused girls 15-year-old Cindy Lee Collier and 14-year-old Shirley Katherine Wolf in the United States who decide to run away from their homes. The plan is to steal a car and "to get the hell out." On June 14, 1985, they randomly knock on the door of 80-year-old Anna Brackett and murder her, stabbing her 28 times. After not being able to find the correct keys to Brackett's car, they hitch hike and return home. Wolf wrote about it in her diary, which was found by police: "Today, Cindy and I ran away and killed an old lady. It was lots of fun." Last, the abduction and murder of 2-year-old James Patrick Bulger on February 12, 1993 in England. This was committed by two 10-year-old boys Robert Thompson and Jon Venables who lured the toddler from a shopping center and eventually took him to some train tracks. There they tortured and beat Bulger to death. They left his little body on the tracks where it was cut in half by a train postmortem and ultimately found two days later. Thompson and Venables served an 8 year sentence and were released, given new identities, and anonymity.

On December 15, 2005, 14-year-old "Jane Jenny Hewing" ("Jane Jennie Ewing") murders her new foster brother 3-year-old Matthew David Reid. She suffocated him on the same day she arrived at the new foster home in Canada. In the middle of the night, she smothers him with a pillow then draws a cross on his forehead with her menstrual blood. On December 28, 2006 in the United States, 17-year-old Panna Angela Krom ("Jane Doe") gave birth to a baby girl on the toilet of her home bathroom, drowns it, and hides it in her bedroom closet. She hid her pregnancy and committed the heinous act out of fear of her strict Cambodian family's disapproval. In November 2007 in France, 17-year-old Stella Bourdais gives birth to a baby boy in her bedroom. She promptly kills it, wraps it in a towel then puts it in a garbage bag, and hides it poorly in her family's garage. It is found two weeks later (November 22, 2007) by her father.
