The NFL lockout is over, but Hank still hasn't gotten a call from any teams that want to sign him. Kendra is worried about what will happen to them financially if Hank doesn't get signed. Hank is preoccupied about his father, Hank Sr., who is undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer. Hank's dad is his hero and role model and he hopes that Baby Hank will get to spend more time with his grandfather. Hank and his father go to the Playboy Mansion to thank Mary O'Connor and Hef for referring them to a top oncologist when they learned that Hank Sr. had cancer. Meanwhile, Kendra is dissatisfied when Baby Hank is mistaken for a girl due to his long, curly hair. She takes him to Laurent the stylist to get a haircut, but Laurent recommends against cutting Baby Hank's hair yet. Later, Hank and Hank Sr. take Baby Hank to Hank's barber to try again to get his hair cut. When they return home, Kendra sees Baby Hank with a cap over his head -- but when the cap is removed, she sees that Baby Hank still has his long, curly hair; Hank and his father didn't have the heart to have Baby Hank's hair cut yet.

Kendra, accompanied by Eddie, goes on a tour to promote her book "Being Kendra." Her tour takes her to Indianapolis, where she reunites with Mike, her former trainer, and Jeannie, Baby Hank's first nanny, as well as her obstetrician Brad Weber and her Lamaze coach Diana. She also visits the house where she and Hank lived while he was playing for the Colts, which was also Baby Hank's first house. In Chicago, Kendra appears on Mancow Muller's radio show. Her last appearance on the show had gone poorly because Mancow had said that Kendra couldn't be a mom and still be sexy, but this appearance goes better. In Philadelphia, Kendra reunites with Charles, the concierge from the apartment building, and her friend Julie Dorenbos. Kendra and Julie go out to eat and discuss what will happen when their husbands' football careers end. Meanwhile, back in Calabasas, Hank continues working out in hopes of getting a call from an NFL team.
