The League expands their operations, enlisting new recruits across the globe. The newest of these is Green Arrow, who has repeatedly refused to respond to invitations to join the League. He is therefore pulled to the rebuilt, and much larger, Watchtower by teleport. Opting against joining, he hitches a ride back to Earth with the team of Green Lantern, Captain Atom, and Supergirl, who have been sent on a mission to stop a giant, uncontrolled, nuclear-powered defense robot in an unnamed Asian country existing in self-imposed international isolation.

Batman and Wonder Woman arrive at the Fortress of Solitude to celebrate Superman's birthday, only to find the Man of Steel standing motionless with a large plant affixed to his chest. Sent by Mongul, the plant is a Black Mercy feeding him a telepathic image of his heart's desire -- a happy life on a Krypton that never exploded. By immobilizing Superman in a fantasy world, Mongul removes what he views as the only obstacle between him and the conquest of Earth. While Wonder Woman battles the would-be conqueror, Batman struggles to remove the Black Mercy, only to have it latch onto him.

It contains the famous scene of Batman singing the jazz standard "Am I Blue?" to a nightclub audience.

A trio of school kids resurrect Solomon Grundy in order to get back at some bullies, but the ritual doesn't go as planned when Grundy causes a rampage in the city. Elsewhere, Shayera is struggling to find balance over her life after resigning from the team and for being branded a traitor during her former people's invasion on Earth. Inza gives Shayera some uplifting advice. The Justice League is unable to stop Solomon Grundy's rampage. Shayera, Dr. Fate, Amazo, and Aquaman arrive to save everyone on the collapsing bridge. Shayera is able to save a young girl and her mother from a falling car, she reunites with her ex-boyfriend John, who has been dating Vixen. Shayera finds Solomon Grundy and she uses her Nth mace to put him down. Everyone starts to badger Shayera with questions, but Green Lantern and Superman defend their former teammate. The mother and daughter arrive to thank Shayera for saving them. Shayera decides to rejoin her team again after learning that Superman was willing to give her a second chance for stopping the Thanagarians.

Episode 12

Batman, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern chase Chronos to the past, where they team up with some of the greatest DC heroes of the Old West. After defeating stolen future tech in that era, they again follow Chronos to the future. Warhawk from the Batman Beyond era is revealed to be Green Lantern's and Hawkgirl's son.

Episode 13
Sat, Jan 29, 200524 mins
Batman, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman chase Chronos into the future Gotham City of Batman Beyond, just in time to face a battle with a group of Jokerz beside that era's Justice League. The time travelers are taken to the Justice League Unlimited refuge. An older Bruce Wayne reveals the street gang they fought together was enhanced by Chronos who led them to kill the rest of the League of that era. The combined heroes defeat the retooled Jokerz, and Batman traps Chronos in a time loop.
