Don't Play With Me

Thu, May 9, 2019

The parents enrolled their daughter into a famous, and hard to be accepted acting camp. The acting camp runs for 10 days and on the last day of camp the children will perform for all parents and their families. The children have been so excited preparing for this final show. Their daughter has been practicing her lead roll of which her parents have been so proud and look forward to watching their daughter perform. Finally, the last day!!. Their graduation!. The day everybody looks forward to attending. However, when the couple arrived to see their daughter, everything takes an ugly turn after someone makes a slur remark about the transgender parent. That erupts into a huge verbal fight, using very bad language, they both begin yelling loudly at each other, which upsets all the parents. Their daughter gets so upset hearing her mom yelling such bad words, that no matter how hard the camp owner tried to calm her down, it just didn't work. She just wanted to go home. Our transgender parent would not be civil and just refused to be quiet. The owner of the drama camp came over to discuss the problem, of which the parent who did not want to comply with the owner's suggestion to leave with their daughter. insisted on staying. The owner had the other man relocated to the other side of the camp. Eventually the parents did leave with their daughter. So here comes the lawsuit against the camp owner for flight costs because even though the parents "volunteered to leave" which was the only answer to this upsetting problem, the camp owner was sued by the parents for not being able to see their daughter perform. Who prevails?? Watch and listen to the arguments.
