Akihiko hates company parties and when he refuses to attend one thrown in his honor, Isaki doesn't hold back on the dirty tricks. He tricks Misaki into going in order to get Akihiko to go. On the way to the party, Misaki ends up helping a man who seems rather lost at the train station, but the biggest surprise of the night may be when Misaki discovers who this mystery man is!

Coincidentally, Hiro calls and asks Nowaki to bring some materials to him at the university. At the gates, Miyagi turns up and teases Hiro, calling him Hiroki, which annoys Hiro but puzzles Nowaki. He asks Hiro if he can call him Hiroki and Hiro says no. Hiro meets Nowaki at work the next morning and in passing, Akihiko calls Hiro" Hiroki" which annoys Niwaki who then drags Hiro away. Later back in their apartment it is revealed that Nowaki still feels insecure about the gap between the two. Hiro say it doesn't matter and he could never let Nowaki catch up to him anyway, because of his pride. Hiro also tells Nowaki he loves him. Whilst they are making up, Nowaki realizes that the reason Hiro has not been more proactive with their relationship is that he is shy. Hiro also points out that he has a very special name that only one person calls him: Hiro-san.
