Episode 1
The baking reality series returns with another group of young bakers. The first 10 contestants tackle two cake challenges: English Madeleines in the Technical and a Showstopper inspired by the bakers' favourite subjects in school.
Episode 2
In Biscuit Week, the bakers must conquer Viennese Whirls in the Technical, and a Showstopper Challenge of Illusion Biscuits made to look like their favourite food.
Episode 3
In Bread Week, the eight remaining young bakers are faced with baking perfect Cinnamon Buns in the Technical and building their dream jobs out of bread in the Showstopper Challenge.
Episode 4
The seven remaining bakers create Prue Leith-inspired pancake art in the Technical, followed by a two-in-one "Franken-Dessert" in the Showstopper.
Episode 5
In Pastry Week, the six bakers tackle Vegetarian sausage rolls and concocting choux animals in the Showstopper Challenge.
Episode 6
In week two, the second group of 10 bakers takes to the tent with two new cake challenges: a Peanut Butter and Chocolate swirl cake in the Technical, and a cake inspired by their families in the Showstopper Challenge.
Episode 7
The bakers must master party rings in the Technical and a "Best Day Ever" biscuit scene for the Showstopper Challenge.

Episode 8
In Bread Week, the eight remaining bakers are tasked with making Maple Syrup Scones with Eggs and Bacon in the Technical, and creating a Sweet Bread Centerpiece inspired by their hobbies in the Showstopper Challenge.

Episode 9
The bakers make more Pancake Art in Pastry Week, this time with presenter Harry Hill's face making an appearance on the griddle. In the Showstopper Challenge, the bakers make Meringue Roulades inspired by their favourite season.

Episode 10
As the second week concludes, the six remaining bakers must create a donut-shaped choux pastry dubbed "Chouxnuts" in the Technical, and a hand-raised pie inspired by favourite savoury meals in the Showstopper.
Episode 11
As Finals Week begins, the best five bakers from each group meet in the tent, where they are faced with two chocolate challenges: a Salted Caramel Tart in the Technical, and the "World's Best Chocolate Cake" in the Showstopper.

Episode 12
In International Week, the remaining bakers must master the Malva Pudding from Prue's native South Africa in the Technical, and a "Pie From Around The World" Showstopper Challenge.

Episode 13
In the quarterfinal, two bakers face elimination after two tricky challenges: constructing a vertical layer cake in the Technical Challenge and a well-known landmark made out of biscuit in the Showstopper.

Episode 14
In the semi-final, the six remaining bakers face two pâtisserie challenges: A mille-feuille Technical and a Meringue Sculpture in the Showstopper.

Episode 15
The four finalists face two final challenges: Iced Buns and Inside out Biscuits in a Signature Challenge and creating their own "Junior Bake Off" Dream Trophy Cakes in the Showstopper Challenge.
