Sitting behind a desk or wearing a suit and tie while investigating fancy crimes was no life for Joe Forrester. That's why Joe chose to continue walking a beat, believing that a policeman could do better work the closer he got to the community he was protecting. After eight years away from his old district, Joe Forrester is back in the streets where he used to patrol. His present mission consists in capturing four criminals accused of abducting, raping and murdering a girl of the neighborhood. Joe manages to arrest one of the suspects and to kill one of his accomplices but he is threatened by the rest of the gang. Which does not prevent him from hunting down the third man, now barricaded in his hotel room...
