Episode 1
One Eye, One Leg
Iwanaga Kotoko experiences love at first sight with Sakuragawa Kuro, who she happened to randomly bump into at the hospital. Two years later, Kotoko seizes her chance and asks Kuro to date her with marriage in mind. The two end of in a battle while in the library and the mystery of who Kuro is begins.
Episode 2
What the Guardian Serpent Heard
After a body is disposed in the Tsukuna Swamp, the guardian spirit of the swamp, a giant snake, asks Kotoko for help. There's something not quite right about the murder. To help solve this mystery, Kotoko asks Kuro for help after witnessing his power.
Episode 3
The Rumors of the Steel Lady
Kotoko continues her construction of how a corpse ended up in the swamp. With Kuro now present, Kotoko reveals a tragic story filled with love and regret surrounding the murderer.
Episode 4
Idol Dies by Steel Beam
Kotoko arrives in Makurazaka City to take care of incidents with the Steel Lady Nanase. During an incident, she runs into Saki, Kuro's ex, who is now a police officer. Saki decides to research more on the Steel Lady and comes to learn the tragic way she died. In order to defeat the Steel Lady Kotoko and Saki need to resolve the mystery of the idol'a death.
Episode 5
A Monster of the Imagination
Kotoko spots Kuro fighting with Steel Lady Nanase. With Saki in tow, Kotoko reveals Kuro's childhood and beginning as an immortal. Kuro takes the upper hand in the fight against Nanase but she isn't defeated. Kotoko realizes they're need a special method to defeat her because she is no ordinary spectre.
Episode 6
Logical Fiction
Kotoko realizes that Steel Lady Nanase was born from a wiki site about the spectre. In order to defeat her, who is only alive from people's imaginations, Kotoko has to come up with a story more interesting than Steel Lady Nanase. With the help of another spectre, who witnessed the death of Nanase, and Officer Saki's case info they learn more of the real story.
Episode 7
Preparing to Conquer the Steel Lady
Officer Saki's partner, Detective Terada, becomes the first victim of the Steel Lady Nanase. With the internet going crazy about this new development, Kotoko and Kuro put their heads together a figure out who is truly behind it all.
Episode 8
She Who Spins Fiction
Saki remembers the first time she met Kuro's cousin, Rikka. She heard rikka had passed and tries to get more information from Kotoko. Meanwhile, Steel Lady Nanase presence gains strength as the wiki site become active again.
Episode 9
The Committee to Conquer Steel Lady Nanase
Everything in place now, the plan to conquer Steel Lady Nanase can commence! Does she actually exist? Maybe she's just an invented urban legend. A battle between truths and lies begins to figure out her existence. With Kotoko weaving her web of lies to the wiki site, what will the outcome be?

Dueling Fictions
Kotoko's first solution is shot down. So she begins weaving her second web of truths mixed with lies. The cracks in the spectre begin to show, however, Rikki keeps returning at every turn ensuring Steel Lady Nanase stays alive. Will Kotoko and Kuro be able to end the spectre's rampage?
Episode 11
The Ultimate Fiction
So far Kotoko has been zero for three in her solutions to ending Steel Lady Nanase. Each solutions was shot down by Rikka. Kuro comes so close each time to grasping the future that foretells defeat of Rikka and Nanase. But Kotoko is not done yet; she has one last solution. Will this fourth solution finally out an end to the Steel Lady Nanase spectre?
Episode 12
She Who Defends Order
Kotoko's fourth and final solution is accepted by the masses on the wiki site. Kuro gives the final blow. Is this truly the end of the Steel Lady Nanase? Also, what exactly was Rikka's motive for creating the spectre?
