In this clone of "The Newlywed Game," two siblings usually a brother and a sister shared secrets about each other. Host Faso asked the team of brothers a series of questions while their sibling was offstage whisked away in the "isochamber"; the questions' topic was determined by pressing a button. Matching answers were worth points; not matching usually led to fights (much to the delight of the audience). The same process was repeated with the team of brothers herded offstage, and Faso asking the girls a series of questions. The team leading at the end of the second round got to run the "Pick-a-Prize Arcade" for bonus prizes. Each sibling got to run the "Arcade" separately, choosing six prizes from a possible 10 he/she believed his/her sibling chose for them; 10 matches won them every prize on stage. While most shows featured brother-sister teams, others featured sibling teams of the same sex and others had youthful stars of NBC shows playing with their real-life brothers or sisters.
