Episode 1

Episode #2.1

Tue, Jun 17, 202549 mins

The ten boys arrive at the masseria, and meet their pre-matched pair with a kiss before a word between them is even spoken. Most are excited about the anticipation of the kiss, more than they are apprehensive. Each kiss will at least set the stage if each of the ten will give his match a chance or if any of their eyes are already wandering to any one of the other nine. If anyone fits that latter category, he may have his first opportunity at the first evening's gala where there is a secret garden open to one boy, with an "eleventh" waiting there hoping to make his own match. Only one boy can use the key to the secret garden.

Despite the initial kisses between the five matched pairs going well, self-doubt about how the other in certain pairs feel leads to some looking elsewhere, which sets off a domino effect as they all want to remain in the masseria. The added factor is number 11, unmatched Callum who has a masseria full of boys from which to choose, while some look to him. It all becomes more time sensitive as Dannii informs them that the first kiss-off will take place at the end of day three, any boy left unkissed who will leave the masseria. With that time factor, some try to act as matchmaker, sometimes to help a new "bestie", and sometimes to protect their own match.

Episode #2.3

Tue, Aug 19, 202548 mins

An odd number of boys at the first kiss off necessarily means that at least one will not make it past that kiss off at the masseria in being unkissed. But that kiss off and the subsequent first chemistry test, where randomly chosen song titles from a list being assigned to certain boys or couples also brings into focus that some of those kisses may have been purely out of pressure of the situation or in survival in wanting to remain at the masseria to explore further. As some boys test out new relationships outside of the one with their kissed boy, they are given some relief in attending a gay icon party where they don't have to think about anything but having fun. But Dannii has a surprise for them at the party in bringing up her song title at the chemistry test, that title she not want pervading the masseria: fake love.

Tue, Sep 9, 202547 mins

The arrival of Alex at the masseria, on his birthday no less, has caused a ripple effect of emotions among the existing boys. In keeping his options open and it inherent to his being, Alex wants to keep how he is feeling about the other boys close to his chest. Some of the boys are obviously attracted to him, even some in what were considered strong relationships, placing Alex as a threat among some. On top of the Alex issue, some boys are coming to the conclusion that their existing relationship is coming to a natural end, placing many on the hunt for someone else, Alex or not. So there ends up being two general camps regarding Alex: those that are attracted to him and those who have an "ick" factor with him in believing he, in keeping his cards close to his chest, is merely a game player, while one admits being in both camps. The next chemistry test of a kissing booth may place the boys' thoughts in clearer perspective or may throw things into greater confusion. While tensions are high among the boys, a talent show is meant to show them all that they are there for a summer of fun. That fun is short lived as words at a group romantic dinner sets off the friction once again.

Tue, Sep 16, 202549 mins

Dannii informs the boys without prior warning of the immediate next kiss off, most likely the penultimate one. A few of the boys have openly expressed who they want to kiss without a firm commitment that that boy is saving his kiss for him in return, leading to some potential surprises. In at least one boy immediately leaving the masseria in there being an odd number, with any boy left unkissed gone, the goodbyes take on extra meaning. At what is subsequently the final chemistry test which has immediate consequences, Dannii is preparing the boys for life after the masseria, many realizing that their current situation being artificial in perhaps not being able to survive outside their current four walls. A pertinent resulting question is what the final kiss off means, which most realize is different than all the other kiss offs before that one.

Reunion

Tue, Sep 23, 202546 mins

Dannii brings all fifteen of the boys back together for a reunion eight months after the final kiss-off, the last that the public would have seen of them. She speaks to them about the highlights of the show, especially about the ins and outs of their relationships at the masseria, and what has happened to those relationships to present day. She focuses in on the contentious issues, such as the four person conundrum at the penultimate kiss off which resulted in some hard feelings at the time, and what was seen as game playing by some. But most of the viewers arguably want to know of the four couples that made it to the final kiss-off, regardless of if they ended up kissing, with the non-kissers explaining their rationale for their decision. She also talks about the safe space that is the masseria with two of the boys in particular who made declarations to the group that they usually wouldn't make in group settings.
