He wants to catch the rare Mirror Carp - a large and stunning fish that's found locally. He also sets his sights on the black bass, a species that's been known to quickly learn which baits to avoid. He can't leave without also seeing the famous local lizard which appears to be under threat.

He wants to catch wild Tuna - a large and stunning fish that's found locally. He also sets his sights on the Mackerel, a species that's caught commercially in the region, and fished for at night. Can he find a sport crew who can help with the Tuna and get aboard a commercial fishing boat for the Mackerel?

Thom Hunt is out to prove himself as a fisherman - hunting species against this clock in tough conditions. This time he visits a spectacular, if cold, destination - Norway. He plans to catch the famous Norwegian Cod - much like the ones in Europe but far, far larger. Battling the conditions will he be able to hook a Cod, and maybe even snag a personal best? On his journey he travels from Lofoten Islands to Soroya, stopping off on the way to catch a glimpse of the largest creature on earth, the sperm whale.
