In the center of the office, Tom and the executive team invite Tony to a meeting. In the meeting it is revealed that the executive team is looking to sell a portion of TerraCycle to help the company grow. Tony is tasked with creating the perfect deck to present to investors. In an added bombshell, Tom tells Tony to keep this information under wraps. Meanwhile, Dean meets with Tom to discuss Dara's upcoming ten-year anniversary with the company. Because Dara is the first TerraCycle employee to reach this milestone, Dean suggests celebrating it with a surprise party. Tom agrees, on the condition that Dean work with Andrew on the budget. Tony is hard at work on the investor presentation, but he's being inundated with questions from nosy coworkers. With interruptions derailing Tony's progress, Tom sends an email to the company to update them on the potential investment. This only adds fuel to the fire and, once again, Tony is dragged into the middle of it. As time is winding down before the big sales meeting, Tony has an epiphany regarding his presentation. Dean and Andrew have different visions for Dara's party and how much work they should be doing. Dean vows to make it a party of epic proportions, while Andrew "oversees" the operation. After days of work, Tony presents the final version of his deck to Tom and Tom is pleased with the results. Tom leaves for Paris to meet with investors, hoping to make a sale. Meanwhile, Dean has secured Stephen to DJ for the party and has finalized the last of the party details, no thanks to Andrew. Dean asks Dara to join him at the loading dock and SURPRISE! The space is filled with food, decorations and fellow employees. During the celebration, Tom gets on stage to congratulate Dara on ten years with the company and to announce the sale of part of TerraCycle, which will allow them to hire more employees. Tony is thrilled that his presentation made the difference and Tom thanks him for his hard work.

Tom assigns Steph the task of launching TerraCycle's Public Locations Pilot Program in the United States, replicating the success they had with it in the United Kingdom. Steph must recruit and motivate a volunteer to hit certain benchmarks and quick. It's not an easy job, but the goal is to prove this program's viability to their partner, Malt-O-Meal, on a small scale before they commit to a nationwide roll out. Meanwhile, Rhandi has hired a new salesperson to the team, Rich, and Dan immediately sizes him up. Dan and Rhandi learn that Rich is an old-school salesman. While Rich's sales style may vary, he begins to hold his own and Dan starts to feel the heat. On the other side of the office, Steph and Sara find the perfect volunteer for the program. Steph enlists Dean to help film a training video to go along with her presentation of the public locations program. Steph and Dean visit their program volunteer at their eco club and with Dean's cameras rolling, Steph explains the program to the club members. Steph and Dean plan to return to film the club's collection progress and check in on how many cereal liners they can gather. After a disappointing half-point check-in with their volunteer, Steph and Dean return to the eco club after a few weeks anxious to see their progress and hoping they hit the quota needed for a successful pilot. The volunteers reveal bags full of cereal liners, much to Steph's relief. Dean films as Steph helps the club prepare their cereal liners for shipment. Elsewhere, tensions are at an all-time high between Dan and Rich as the sales battle wages on. Rich invites Dan out to lunch in his old school ride, which Dan grudgingly accepts. Over lunch at the local diner, Dan admits that Rich is a formidable competitor, but Rich was unaware there was even a competition between them.

Tiff & Darshan meet with 3D Brooklyn co-founder, Nate, to learn more about 3D printing technologies that could help increase efficiency while using recycled plastics. The Design team strategizes with Rick & Stephen, challenging Rick to identify recyclable materials for plastic filaments. At the following Five Minute Fit meetup, Gina leads a yoga session and the participants are all on board. 3D Brooklyn's Nate visits Terracycle to help test plastics and hopefully produce a filament to use for printing. The first round of testing breaks his filament machine, frustrating Tiff & Darshan. Back in the lab, Stephen assists Rick with another round of testing, finding success with chip bags and polybags. Sara is thrilled by a huge turnout for Five Minute Fit, until people demand Gina's yoga exercises. Gina is caught in the middle as the group squabbles between boot camp or yoga. The whole workout is a bust. When Nate returns to Terracycle for further filament testing, they successfully produce a filament then print a Terracycle logo with the 3D printer. Sara and Gina brainstorm a solution to offer two exercise classes during Five Minute Fit, giving coworkers the choice between yoga or aerobics. The Design team meets with Tom to present a spool of recycled plastic filament that can be mass-produced for 3D printing.
