Sell-A-Bration!

Fri, Aug 26, 201621 mins

In the center of the office, Tom and the executive team invite Tony to a meeting. In the meeting it is revealed that the executive team is looking to sell a portion of TerraCycle to help the company grow. Tony is tasked with creating the perfect deck to present to investors. In an added bombshell, Tom tells Tony to keep this information under wraps. Meanwhile, Dean meets with Tom to discuss Dara's upcoming ten-year anniversary with the company. Because Dara is the first TerraCycle employee to reach this milestone, Dean suggests celebrating it with a surprise party. Tom agrees, on the condition that Dean work with Andrew on the budget. Tony is hard at work on the investor presentation, but he's being inundated with questions from nosy coworkers. With interruptions derailing Tony's progress, Tom sends an email to the company to update them on the potential investment. This only adds fuel to the fire and, once again, Tony is dragged into the middle of it. As time is winding down before the big sales meeting, Tony has an epiphany regarding his presentation. Dean and Andrew have different visions for Dara's party and how much work they should be doing. Dean vows to make it a party of epic proportions, while Andrew "oversees" the operation. After days of work, Tony presents the final version of his deck to Tom and Tom is pleased with the results. Tom leaves for Paris to meet with investors, hoping to make a sale. Meanwhile, Dean has secured Stephen to DJ for the party and has finalized the last of the party details, no thanks to Andrew. Dean asks Dara to join him at the loading dock and SURPRISE! The space is filled with food, decorations and fellow employees. During the celebration, Tom gets on stage to congratulate Dara on ten years with the company and to announce the sale of part of TerraCycle, which will allow them to hire more employees. Tony is thrilled that his presentation made the difference and Tom thanks him for his hard work.
