Dr. Cheng, a female pediatric physician, assists Taub and the team to treat the pair. Dr. Cheng really wants to join House's team. A transfusion with the mother's blood yields good results for the infant; the mother develops a pulmonary embolism. The grown daughter rallies to protect her infant sibling when her sister needs her. Meanwhile, Cuddy has several evening meetings and asks House to sit with baby Rachel; House panics and he enlists Wilson's help. The pair leave the 2 year old alone with a bag of Chinese food for about one minute... this leads to capers at PPH that mimic a 3 Stooges film. The resulting "poop" on the subject is not too favorable to either doctor. Then, House gets "ratted out" to Cuddy by a 2-year old.
