Meanwhile, Cuddy has several evening meetings and asks House to sit with baby Rachel; House panics and he enlists Wilson's help. The pair leave the 2 year old alone with a bag of Chinese food for about one minute... this leads to capers at PPH that mimic a 3 Stooges film. The resulting "poop" on the subject is not too favorable to either doctor. Then, House gets "ratted out" to Cuddy by a 2-year old.

But upon a second visit to obtain more information, they uncover something in the many piles that shocks them. Also, Taub tries to get back into the dating scene, but winds up retreating to his old habits.
