Now that he and girlfriend Suzanne are moving in together, they've decided they need more room and a home that reflects both of their personalities. Their budget is between $300,000 and $450,000 and they hope to find a home with at least 3 or 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with modern amenities, a formal dining room, a great room, large walk-in-closets, a nice sized garage and a backyard.
