After a couple of quick and dirty road course lessons, Alex and Lucky strap in to do battle with the Javelin's hottest lap times.

Roll Racing has been hot on the street for a minute, and we've all seen or heard those three-honk freeway starts. Just like drag racing before it, it's starting to get organized and move to the track. As stewards of speed, it's only right that we try our hand at this rolling start craze. We're just one Vortech V7 install away from pitting Lucky's soon-to-be 1,000-hp Chevelle against last season's 1,000-hp Caprice PPV. It's a gas-mashing battle on the front straight of Big Willow, with a little extra dose of competition from a more expected roll race competitor called the GT3.

After its Gen III Hemi went on loan to Engine Masters, the MythDuster has been resting in pieces. A report card showing the early Gen III down nearly 100 hp from its later brethren just didn't inspire a reinstallation. So this time on HRG, we upgrade our early Gen III Hemi engine with the much improved later Eagle heads to get our MythDuster making some actual power and some actual passes.
