Episode 1
Whem strolling around Camden Town, chances are you will come across Anderson Garcia Rodrigues, better known as Zombiepunk, who is a local phenomenon for his unique look. With a Mohawk and a body covered in tattoos and piercings, Anderson is regularly spotted standing by the famous Camden Lock with a sign that reads 'help a punk get drunk'. He is so well known that everyone wants to take a picture with him - someone even made a Zombiepunk doll after him. Originally from Brazil, the artist decided to move to the UK after struggling to be accepted for who he was. Anderson, who has now become part of Camden's tourist attraction, told Truly: "Everyone doesn't accept how I look. Everyone thinks I'm crazy. Everyone thinks I'm the devil."

A self-confessed bimbo has claimed that her ultimate goal is to look "more plastic than human." 29-year-old Dolly Mix came from an extremely privileged background, with her family's bloodline connected to the Royal family. Shamara is also advocating for more media representation of Afro-hair and campaigning for funding curriculum's specifically for textured hair.

By day, surgery-obsessed Bella works as an aesthetician at her own beauty salon, while by night, she is fast becoming one of the U.S.'s best semi-pro wrestlers. "The persona I have in the wrestling ring, I'm pretty much the bad guy," Bella says. "I have a bad-a** persona and anybody that gets in my way falls on the mat." After retiring from the adult entertainment industry, the mum-of-two decided to pursue her passion for wrestling as 'the ass-kicking bimbo'. Rudy is also planning to get a Brazilian butt lift for the second time after he was unsatisfied with the first round. Describing himself as a 'rebel', Rudy struggled to express who he was growing up until he found his passion in makeup and plastic surgery. Now living at the heart of the city, Rudy's life seems to be picture perfect - but he also sees the dark side behind the Hollywood glamour.

Reuniting with your ex might be the most excruciating scenario one could imagine - but how about seeing three of them altogether? For 27-year-old biochemistry student Savannah Haskay, of Utah, the nerve-wracking part of the meet-up is showing her latest face tattoo to her exes, who were not the biggest fans of her tattoos. Savannah says her love for body modification came from her father who loved getting inked and being alternative. Over the past decade, Savannah has spent around $15,000 on tattoos. People around her, including some of her exes, did not support her quest to be fully inked. Today, Savannah is meeting up with her exes who had no idea that she had come back from a tattoo appointment just a few hours ago.

Cameron, who has always been the voice of worry and reason, has changed his mind towards surgery after seeing Levi's results.

Growing up in a Christian family from a sleepy Texan town, Orylan never quite felt like she fit in. When her mother bought her a tattoo machine at the age of 14, Orylan was able to create her art and express herself in a brand new way. She fell in love with body modification and has spent over $50,000 covering herself with tattoos from head to toe, as well as having her eyes inked. A decade after receiving her mother's gift, the 24-year-old is now a tattoo artist helping others to achieve their ideal look. Orylan encounters judgment on a daily basis because of her appearance with people calling her 'demonic' and churches refusing to accept her as a member. Today Orylan is returning to her family church - one of the few places where she truly feels accepted - as she reflects on her journey of embracing her authentic self.

When Stacey Clarke found out about her partner's affair just six months before their wedding, her life was completely turned upside down. The glamour model, based in Swansea, Wales, turned to plastic surgery to distract herself from the breakup. The mum-of-two also buried herself in work as she teamed up with her best friend Kelsie as celebrity photographers, traveling to exotic destinations and working for reality TV stars from Charlotte Crosby to Megan Barton-Hanson. Surgery-obsessed couple Jessy Bunny and Vienna have gone under a dramatic transformation with even more procedures. Now enjoying their plastic fantastic life in sunny Majorca, the pair have claimed that they love getting the same surgery together and even confessed that there is a secret rivalry between them. Together, they have spent EUR150,000 on plastic surgery and they have no plans of stopping. Vienna, who was assigned male at birth, says she has been inspired by her girlfriend to become their 'own plastic person'. Spotted walking along on their local beach in pink swimsuits, the couple certainly turns heads wherever they go.

To achieve the perfect 'plastic fantastic, overly enhanced' look, Alicia has spent over £100,000 on plastic surgery with regular top-ups and maintenance that cost up to £3,000 every month.
