A woman from Brazil who is fully committed to living a 100% pink Barbie lifestyle, has been collecting pink objects and Barbie products since she was 12 years old. Bruna has spent just shy of $100,000 on making her house as pink as possible - and boasts over 16 million followers on TikTok. She says the color pink means everything to her, as it represents her style, personality and happiness. Every single object in her house is a different shade of pink. The highlight of her house is arguably the kitchen, where Bruna cooks her Barbie-inspired dishes with her exclusively pink kitchen utensils. Even Bruna's car is fully colored in pink, attracting lots of attention when she is out and about.

Jan Simsa from the Czech Republic grew up like any other boy but started feeling different at age 12. He can trace back the specific moment when it all changed for him; he was setting up decorations around Christmas time, a friend covered him with glitter, and he realized he liked it. Dressing up as a woman wasn't enough for Jan, and three years ago he started getting plastic surgery to achieve his desired look. So far he's had many fillers and two procedures done to his lips, but is now also planning to get breast implants too. Recently, Jan's friends and family have begun to question whether he wants to fully transition to female. Unfortunately for Jan, his family doesn't agree with his choices.

Part clown punk, part walking rainbow - that's how Jess, aka 'The Frog Lady' describes their style. The 22-year-old, from Brooklyn, New York, has been dressing alternatively since their early teens. And over the years, their look has become more and more extreme as they drew on inspiration from subcultures like goth, emo and scene kid. Unsurprisingly, their technicolor wardrobe, punky makeup and spiked up hair turn heads wherever they go. And while people are mostly positive in real life, online, they have received some less than friendly comments.

Extreme tattoos have helped a 26-year-old mum to overcome her insecurities and gain a sense of self-love. Ravena, from Goiânia, Brazil, got her first tattoo when she was 18 years old. A year ago she decided to change her look and go for something more extreme than a regular haircut. She started tattooing her face, her body and became a tattoo artist herself. Ravena credits tattoos for saving her life - they gave her newfound confidence and helped her express her true self. Ravena's five-year-old daughter loves her tattoos, and as for her family, they were shocked about her changes at first but now support her decision to alter her look.

The Real Life Human Elf is back with a bang. Luis Padron, from Buenos Aires in Argentina, has spent $85,000 on procedures to change his face so that he can look like a fantastical creature. The most important parts of Luis' look are his eyes - he owns around 500 contact lenses, each costing $100. After a break from surgery, Luis is now ready for his biggest procedure yet. For a jaw-dropping $15,000, he will be getting a silicone mask implanted under his skin to change his jaw angles. Luis first visits his best friend Marcela Iglesias, to reveal his surgery plans, before a consultation with his surgeon for the jaw implants.

A latex addict has spent a whopping EUR100K on her obsession. Miss Fetilicious, from Antwerp Province, Belgium, first got into latex seven years ago when she tried on latex leggings. Since then, she started wearing that and rubber every day. Over the years she has amassed an impressive latex collection with over 80 hoods, 60 catsuits, 20 blouses, and many other outfits such as pants, leggings, skirts and latex accessories. Her family and friends are supportive of her wearing extreme outfits in latex as they see this as an expression of art rather than a fetish.

A vintage-lover has spent $50,000 transforming her 'fixer-upper' home into a 1950s time warp. From an early age, Rochelle, 26, from Phoenix, Arizona, has been interested in all things retro. Some of her happiest childhood memories are of trawling the aisles of antique stores with her mother. And as an adult, her love of the past continued to grow. In 2018, she and her husband Matt bought their first home together. The property had been built in 1957, but remodeled in the 1970s. Rochelle then spent the next 18 months restoring it to its original glory. Now, every appliance and piece of furniture in her home is vintage - as is her entire wardrobe.

An Eminem fan says that her obsession with the rapper has helped her with her self-acceptance journey. Nikki Patterson got her first tattoo dedicated to Eminem when she was 19. She got her first portrait of the American rapper in 2017 and since then her obsession with tattooing his portraits over her body has continued. She now has 31 Eminem-based tattoos, including 20 portraits of the star all over her body. Nikki has even entered the Guinness World Records for having the most tattoos of the same musician. Growing up Nikki was conscious about her body, but getting Eminem's tattoos has helped her to love herself. Nikki has plans to expand her collection of Eminem tattoos ever further and she is hoping to meet her hero in person at some point in the future.

A real-life mermaid has turned her passion for mythical creatures into full-time work. Elle Jimenez or 'Mermaid Elle', from Miami Beach, is a certified full-time professional mermaid and underwater performer. Growing up, Elle was fascinated by mermaids but never thought to invest in the idea until 2016 when she tried on a mermaid's tail for the first time and dived into a world of magic. Since then, she started working in mermaid entertainment services; underwater performances and offering professional mermaid training. Mermaid Elle is also an advocate for ocean conservation and strives to promote awareness on how to protect oceans.

A mum, who is 78% covered in tattoos, says that her body ink is her way of expressing her creative side. Valerie, 34, from San Diego, CA, got her first tattoo when she was 14 years old and now has dozens of designs covering her body - including nine tattoos on her face. The mum of two is a painter herself and sees her tattoos as an expression of art. But her tattoos, especially those on her face, have attracted a lot of negative attention; Valerie gets judgment from online trolls and strangers when she is out and about, with people often saying she is not setting the best example to her three-year-old and 15-year-old sons. However, Valerie is proud of her tattoos and is determined to carry on with more ink on her body - including her face.

A woman has been growing her 14-inch super-long nails for nearly 16 years and has been designing them with colorful buttons. Janene Reed from New Jersey, was raised in a strict household that meant no makeup, no nail polish and no brightly dyed hair. When she became an adult and was able to finally express herself, she decided to start growing her nails. She's been growing her nails since early 2007 and they're currently 13-14-inch. Janene's favorite nail design is glued buttons to her nails that she has been doing since 2019. Janene gets a lot of stares and judgment but says she likes the negativity as it means she stands out. She's part of the Long Nail Goddesses - a group of women who are addicted to growing their nails, some up to 20" long.

A Florida-based artist has discovered a powerful form of self-expression by using his own face as a canvas. Elle, a 22-year-old who identifies as non-binary, has gained a massive following on social media through sharing his striking, avant-garde makeup looks. Elle hopes that by sharing his unique and bold looks on platforms such as Instagram, he'll inspire others to explore their own creative journey.

Willow Von Witcher, a 'friendly vampire' and lover of all things macabre, is facing her harshest critics by going through her weirdest and meanest comments online. Willow, from Oregon, US, is known for her extreme gothic aesthetic, which includes a painted white face, fangs and heavy dark eye makeup. Willow is no stranger to judgment and thinks her bravest critics are those online due to people being a little too nervous to approach her. Willow started her Instagram to overcome her PTSD which she was diagnosed with a few years ago. She decided she could no longer hide away and jumped into the fire by posting herself on the internet.

The tattooed twins of Hollywood, aka 'The Petunia Twins', are adding to their extensive ink collection once more but this time with a twist - a surprise tattoo designed by one another in secret. Aline and Alena are identical twins originally from Stuttgart but now living in Los Angeles. The twins share the same love for body art and have covered their legs, arms, and chest and have started on their faces. They both got their first tattoo at 17 and now run a tattoo studio together.

Henry Davis is a man obsessed with all things Vans. He has the world's biggest collection of the iconic skate shoes. Over the years Henry has dedicated his time and money to tracking down rare and old pairs of Vans trainers. He has been collecting the shoes and other Vans related products for over twenty years and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. Storing his collection at his store The Other side of the Pillow in Clapton, East London, Henry also has a shop called Pillow Heat based in Carnaby Street, which he describes as: "the global mecca for all things Vans USA." Wearing and collecting the shoes bring Henry an immense amount of joy. Truly caught up with Henry at his store, we see his incredible collection and learn more about what got him hooked on the Vans brand.

Toshi Salvino, a 'living art doll', is showing everyone how she creates the makeup look that has made her a household name in the visual art community. Toshi, whose makeup journey began with blue lipstick when she was nine years old, admits there is no rhyme or reason for the things she does. My look is very trippy with lots of colors, it's chaotic in a fun way. Toshi has filmed her incredible makeup transformation, showing us how she achieves her big doll eyes.

A woman who has been dubbed TikTok's "hot gran" insists she is not your average grandmother. Nathalie, 53, lives in Florida with her partner and has gained quite the following since joining TikTok in 2020. Nathalie says people can't believe she has a 31-year-old daughter and a 10-year-old grandson. When she goes out with her daughter people think we're friends. Despite being in her 50s, Nathalie says in her heart and mind, she's still a teenager.

Denise Ohana from Liverpool, England shares an uncanny resemblance with one of the most iconic models in the history of fashion - Kate Moss. Getting stopped in the street and mistaken for the real Kate is a regular occurrence for Denise due to her being the spitting image of Mossy. Thanks to her likeness to Kate, Denise has carved out a successful career as a lookalike and has become something of a local celebrity in her hometown. When she reached her teens, strangers started to notice she was Kate's doppelganger.

Bethany Moore from Sussex, England is addicted to Japanese tattoos. Although she's not a criminal, her tattoo style has been inspired by the Yakuza - a heavily inked criminal mafia based in Japan. Before she got her tattoos Bethany was quite shy. But once she got the tattoo bug it really brought her out of her shell and boosted her confidence.

Although rarely going outside in public without her makeup, Willow says she's ready to answer increasingly exposing questions about her look and lifestyle. Will Willow choose between answering personal, difficult questions and removing her makeup or going for the easier, less exposing questions and keeping her vampire look intact?

A young man who dresses head to toe in pastel pink kawaii style is hoping to inspire others to express themselves through fashion. Jake, from Montréal, Canada, has been inspired by Japanese Harajuku fashion for the last five years and has never felt more confident. "Dressing a certain way doesn't compromise your masculinity, it's fun to be colorful!" Jake insists it's "really difficult to be in a bad mood when dressed head to toe in pink" and hopes others will find the confidence to express themselves through other styles too.

A 33-year-old mom from New York City has spent over $180,000 on plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures. The list of work Elaina Starr has had done includes three Brazilian butt lifts and two tummy tucks as well as regular fillers, Botox and lip injections. She plans to have more procedures, in spite of a hospital stay with sepsis after her last surgery. Elaina's dedication to her looks hasn't gone unnoticed by the trolls who critique her plastic fantastic look, alongside the genuine questions about her health and safety.

Ruth Lujan is into corseting. Ruth is also obsessed with dressing up as a mermaid and has devoted time, money and energy into creating a collection of aquatic outfits to make her look like one of the mythical creatures. Her love of all things mermaid has come at a cost; Ruth has spent over $20,000 dollars on her costumes. Initially she was afraid to try this style of cosplay, but she was encouraged by her partner Alberto. Wanting to create an outfit that's totally unique and being an avid fan of horror movies, Ruth's mermaid costume is a little on the scary side making her look like a cross between Ariel and Count Dracula.

April and Jamie, from Perth, Australia, are both tattoo artists. They first met at a tattoo convention in 2018. Bonding over a shared love of tatts the pair then got married in October 2021. Their passion for all things ink shows no signs of slowing down. Both April and Jamie are heavily tattooed on their body and their face and plan on getting even more. Jamie explained to Truly that he's received a lot of judgment for his tattoos with people thinking he could be a shady character. As a surprise gift for his partner, Jamie has made a secret face tattoo for April and she won't know what the design is until after she's gone under the needle.

Paige Niemann, from New Jersey, has gained a massive 10.8 million followers on TikTok and almost one million followers on Instagram since her TikTok video mimicking Ariana Grande went viral in November 2019. Paige says that her goal is to inspire others to be more confident about themselves. Despite being known for resembling Ariana, the 17-year-old social media influencer is determined to create a name for herself, away from the singer.

Candy Fox from Crawley is obsessed with the pink Kawaii look. She is an artist, a toy collector and a musician. Candy has always been interested in Japanese fashion and growing up she experimented with different styles like emo, goth, pastel and anime, but eventually landed on a combination of them all. She describes her aesthetic as 'Kawaii Monster' and it embodies the monster aesthetic; creepy, cute and glamorous. She has been dressing in this look for the past four years and wears it every day that she isn't working her normal day job. She feels her most authentic self when dressed as Candy and can't imagine ever not dressing this way.

33-year-old Rose Cohen is a Rihanna doppelganger. Originally from Brazil and living in Spain, Rose has an incredible resemblance to the superstar and loves impersonating her. However, being an impersonator isn't just a job for Rose; as a massive fan of Rihanna, Rose sees it as a way of honoring the singer. It wasn't until an agency reached out to her, that this idea became a reality. Rose has now been impersonating Rihanna for over 10 years and tours around the world paying homage to the singer.

Becky Holt from Cheshire, UK, has so far spent around £35,000 on tattooing the majority of her body. She has made a name for herself as an alternative model and has a large online following, which has led to commenters having an opinion about her life. As they grew older, they both learned how to make their own fur suits, growing their online presence within the international community. The two met online and finally in person at a fur convention, developing a strong friendship. Both are passionate about changing the conversation around furries, showing how positive and powerful the community is. Their involvement in the community has given them an opportunity to grow in their confidence as well as making loads of new friends.

Ethan's extreme look has acquired him a huge online following and it garners both admiration and controversy online. In this video Ethan reacts to some of his meanest DMs, and we hear how he deals with online trolls. He has been called a "freak show", "evil", and told he needs to seek the help of a psychologist. Despite the online abuse Ethan receives, he knows how to handle online hate and remains to be proud of his alternative look.

30-year-old Lara from Indianapolis describes herself as having an "aggressively feminine princess aesthetic". This Lolita princess loves all things pink and frilly and embodies this style throughout her home and whole wardrobe. Everything she wears is pink. Lara first started experimenting with styles at the age of 12, when she became interested in the gothic style, the complete opposite to what she wears now. When she reached her 20s, she felt like she didn't fit in but after discovering the Harajuku and Lolita styles from a Japanese street fashion book, she tried out these looks and started to feel good about herself. Lara's husband gave her the most encouragement to embrace this style and she hasn't looked back since.

Weam Breiche is a bodybuilder and health and fitness coach based in LA. 80 to 90 percent of his diet consists of raw meat - including raw animal brains and organs. Weam grew up eating raw meat in Lebanon and he doesn't see it as something unusual. However his videos online have attracted a lot of attention and many people see it as controversial. People find it hard to understand how he can be healthy on a diet like this. Weam has tried other diets but says he always struggled meeting his macros. He decided on the raw meat diet because it allows him to grow in size without suffering and it is the easiest to digest.

Ethan Bramble has 98% of his body tattooed - but he has decided to remove his facial ink. Ethan from Queensland Australia bought himself a tattoo machine when he was 12 and started tattooing his legs. He got his first professional tattoo when he was 15 and kept going. When he was 17, he started getting into body mod. When he was 19, he started to become more experimental with implants and even had his eyes tattooed. In the past few years he has started slowing down with tattoos since the birth of his daughter. Growing tired of people consistently judging him, he has started the process of having his face tattoos removed by laser surgery.

Lynks has said that wearing his mask makes him feel invincible and "I'd say to anyone that was being judgmental to me - you need to have a bit more fun."

Nova's TikToks have racked up millions of views, prompting a wave of support as well as some backlash, with some users telling her to "be herself". Nova, who has a young daughter, hasn't shied away from addressing the hate as she has come out and responded to several comments while defending her moment in the spotlight. With her rising popularity, now Nova is leaning into the Kylie look to promote her upcoming skincare company.
