29-year-old tattoo artist Tay Ashby from Melbourne, Australia, is 80% covered in tattoos. Tay, also known as Mr. Dead Mind, got his first tattoo at 16 years old. With a love for horror and all things terrifying most of Tay's tattoos are underworld inspired. He also has over 19 piercings and has plans to split his tongue and tattoo his eyeballs. "I get all kinds of reactions when I'm out in public, people cross the road and I have also had people come up to me with rosary beads, throwing them in my face and yelling at me, calling me the devil." Owner of a tattoo shop called "Dead Mind Tattoos", Tay has spilled over his love for fright into his work life, specializing in horror themed tattoos.

An influencer gets called a 'monster' for his $80k cosmetic transformation. Júnior Beviláqua is a model from Brazil who has lost count of the number of cosmetic procedures he's had in pursuit of the "perfect look." He sees himself as the "Brazillian Ken doll." Surgeries he's undergone have included liposuction, two nose jobs and jaw reconstruction. He has regular monthly top-up procedures for his appearance, including Botox, peels and fillers. Júnior is an aesthetic influencer on social media so has to keep up a youthful look for his business. His many followers praise his glamorous look, but he has also faced criticism from haters.

A corporate worker has quit her job and spent $50,000 to transform her body into a tattooed model. Cigno is a tattoo apprentice and model living in San Francisco. However, her life used to be radically different. The change began when she lost 50 pounds in weight. She quit her job in Germany and moved to America to pursue her dreams. From there, she started getting tattoos and extreme modifications to her body to feel like her "true self".

A former banker has spent £30k on plastic surgery to become an Instagram model. Yvonne, 26, from Frankfurt, Germany, used to feel insecure about her flat chest so decided to transform her body with Kim Kardashian-style curves. She's now had four breast enlargements, taking her bra size from an AA to an H cup. Surgeries have not only changed her appearance, but also her life. "I used to work a normal nine to five job, but I stopped working there because I felt that I couldn't be who I really am. I was always being judged for my looks, so I figured out how to monetize them and decided to be an influencer."

A mother said her son ruined his appearance after using extreme body modifications to look like a demon. Flecha, 35, from Argentina, is obsessed with all things gothic and vampire-like. For most, this would manifest in small changes to their aesthetic, but Flecha has taken his passion to the extreme, determinedly making changes to his body for his ultimate goal - to look like a deadly creature. Flecha got his first tattoo at 15 and lost count ever since. Instead, he calls it one enormous tattoo. His other body modifications include a split tongue, tattooed black eyes and pointed ears.

Jessica Alves, formally known as Roddy Alves, is a worldwide media personality who continues her sensational journey to becoming a woman - and now, she's revealing her new image to her close friend. Last year, Jessica had face feminization surgery, a nose job, lip lift and breast implants to continue her 'perfect' look. Although, when it comes to fashion, Jessica finds it hard figuring out what woman she wants to be.

Trisha James was born a very shy and insecure male who would wear all black clothing and hide behind sunglasses. Trisha hated looking in mirrors and would wear sunglasses as a way to hide and disguise herself from the public. At 13 years old, Trisha started wearing girls clothes and when she turned 20 she started her transition. Trisha had always dreamt of being more feminine and has now spent over $100,000 on plastic surgery to achieve her look - but she is not done yet.

Aspiring tattoo model, Casey Olver from Tauranga, New Zealand, has finally faced her nerves by showing her new facial tattoo to her dad. Casey's dad, Wayne, has previously said he doesn't mind Casey getting inked, so long as she doesn't get any on her face. This tattoo is by no means Casey's first though, as she actually got her first one at age 14. Casey now has around 50 tattoos, at an estimated cost of over $50,000 and has high hopes of becoming a tattoo model.

A 55-year-old from Leipzig, Germany, has recently covered 90% of her body in tattoos. Kerstin Ehe, who previously didn't like tattoos, decided to get her first one at the age of 48. Now Kerstin has covered almost everywhere on her body except for her face, at a cost estimated to be about $35,000. Kerstin, who regrets none of her body artwork, says she didn't get the tattoos for anyone else, but for herself.

Ethan Bramble from Australia is covered head to toe in tattoos - and now he's confronting his girlfriend's conservative mother about the way he looks. Ethan has previously filmed with Truly. Since then he has continued his tattoo journey and has taken on more responsibility in his life. He has a baby on the way with his girlfriend Meg and they are purchasing their first home. Despite their excitement for the next chapter in their lives, they have faced hurdles along the way, and Meg's mother Adele first had doubts about their relationship because of his looks.

Justin "Human Ken Doll" Jedlica, pioneer and innovator in the plastic surgery field has spent an impressive $985,000 on his body modifications to date. Including recently full leg augmentation surgery, Justin has had 1,000 cosmetic procedures in total. Justin loves customizing his body, trying new things that others have never done before. Most importantly, proving his doubters wrong. Justin has been modifying his body and face for over 20 years which eventually led him to open up his own business. It was only after having worked on a client for a custom quadriceps implant that Justin decided to go that step further and undertake an eight-piece full leg augmentation via silicone implants, all in one surgical session.

Luxury influencer Chaly DN is constantly getting compared to Kim Kardashian. But she's proving that she's more than just a lookalike as she prepares for a glamorous photo shoot with couture brand Nina Naustdal in £10,000 dresses. With a modeling background, Chaly has worked hard to amass a large social media following who enjoy her luxury content. She plays hard too, living the high life with a closet worth more than £1m, including designer clothes, handbags and jewelry.

Miami based influencer, Courtney Barnes, has dramatically changed her figure by having her butt injections removed. Courtney, who is better known as Ms. Miami, previously had a butt that measured 59" around. However, thanks to 10 surgeries to remove the old injectables, her butt now measures just 48". Ms. Miami says her old butt was a money maker, but that she's not that person anymore and she's happy with her new look. We catch up with Courtney and her friend, Valencia, as the pair go clothes shopping, which for Courtney is a whole lot easier now her butt can fit in regular sized clothes.

A 26-year-old from Brighton, England identifies as a non-binary, gender fluid, demon doll - and he never goes anywhere without his horns and demonic makeup on. From an early age, Vlad Von Kitsch was made to feel like a monster. Instead of rejecting this concept, Vlad decided to reclaim the identity of a monster for his own. Vlad, who describes his aesthetic as 'an ancient vampiric demon, receding in a cast doll vessel', never completes a look in under three hours. Today, Vlad meets his mum who has been a rock, fully supporting him throughout his life.

John Olavarria, known as 'Ken Daddy', has spent $500,000 on plastic surgery, having over 25 cosmetic procedures to achieve his perfect look. At five years old, John knew that someday he wanted to get plastic surgery, his first being a nose job. John has always been around a strong community of people who are interested in plastic surgery, which has helped guide his direction on what surgery he should get. He remains proud of what he has had done. One procedure John has always wanted to get is 'coolsculpting' which can cost anything from $800 to $1,000 per section. This procedure will freeze the flanks; in other words, his love handles, and can make the skin look younger. But will John be happy with the results?

Nikki Exotika, otherwise known as the 'Million Dollar Barbie', has spent a colossal $1M to transform her body into plastic perfection. After finishing high school, Nikki transitioned and it was the best feeling ever. It wasn't until two or three years after transitioning that Nikki knew she wanted to create a 'Barbie' look for herself. Besides her love for Barbie, the color pink is another obsession for Nikki. "My obsession with pink started when I was a little boy. I wanted pink everything, but obviously I couldn't have it. My mother was just not having it. Nikki might have had an array of cosmetic procedures, but she has never had a 'Morpheus8' treatment - something she is now anxious about trying.

Natalya is the most famous female professional power lifter and bodybuilder in the world. 29-year-old Natalya holds three world bench press records, three world dead lift records and over 12 European national power lifting records. Natalya was born into a family of medical workers, but she knew from an early age that she wanted to do something different. Natalya went to the gym for the first time at the age of 14. She weighed around 40kg, but now weighs around a staggering 92-95kg. Natalya might be at the top of her game, but this world record breaker has big plans for the future.

Marilyn, a tattoo artist from Germany, has spent EUR30,000 on plastic surgery and tattoos in her quest to be the 'ultimate vampire Barbie doll.' At 12 years old, Marilyn started getting into goth clothing and makeup, and soon took inspiration from her favorite vampire dolls. In her pursuit of the 'vampire doll' image, Marilyn underwent a breast augmentation, liposuction, face lifts and facial injections. Despite all of these procedures, the tattoo artist isn't finished yet. Marilyn is set on her next procedure being the Fox Eye Lift, which means putting dissolvable wires underneath the skin around the eyes. But does she want to continue when she is aware of all the risks involved?

Vanessa Ataides from Brasília, Brazil, is attempting to reach the huge milestone of having the biggest bum in the world through diet and exercise. She wakes up at 4am each day to start working out, with her routines tailored towards her bum. She maintains her energy with six meals a day. Vanessa's bum is currently measured around 126cm, but her goal is 130cm. When asked by friends, family and social media followers why she wants to reach this goal, she admits "to have the biggest bum makes me happy, satisfied, and beautiful."

Sarah Sabbath from El Paso, Texas got her first tattoo aged just 14, but by her early 20s she was covered from head to toe in ink. Sarah, who was bullied at school for her bushy eyebrows and crooked teeth, says she feels more herself now than she ever did without tattoos and attributes each tattoo that she has had as a step along her passage in self-discovery. Not everyone is a fan of her look and some have made the assumption that Sarah is a criminal or doesn't have an education because of her tattoos. However, Sarah is unfazed by them "My tattoos are my way of life and I'll never stop getting them."

Neven Ciganovic from Zagreb, Croatia, wants to look good forever. The 49-year-old, who had his first procedure at age 22, has had multiple surgeries to help achieve his desired look. Neven had his eye color changed, an eyebrow transplant, cat eyes surgery, cheek implants, several nose jobs and lip fillers. Undeniably obsessed with cosmetic procedures, Neven is the victim of a botched surgery.

A plus-sized model 'looks like Kim Kardashian' - and she loves the attention she gets because of it. Sammy Krieger, from Portland, Oregon, is often told that she looks like Kim K. Sammy says her tiny waist and big butt, is probably the number one comparison that she gets. Making the most out of her likeness to Kim K, Sammy has started to recreate iconic Kim K photos and looks. On one occasion Sammy recreated a famous photo of Kim K that went viral on Twitter and even resulted in Kim Kardashian retweeting it. Today we follow Sammy to a photo shoot where she'll once again recreate a famous Kim Kardashian photo.

Jessica spent £200,000 and has been transitioning over the past 18 months. She decided to transition so she could be happy in her life and become not just more confident, but the person she has always wanted to be. Jessica chose Dr. Kamol for this life changing procedure.

Tamara, 19, is on a mission to be the 'Best Barbie of Beverly Hills' - and she isn't afraid to spend a lot to get there. In under a year, she has spent over $100,000 on plastic surgery to achieve her dream doll look. Tamara's dream of looking as plastic as possible started when she was 13. As soon as she turned 18, she went under the knife for the first time. She underwent her first Brazilian butt lift and breast augmentation at the same time. As well as big plastic surgeries, Tamara also makes sure to maintain her Barbie look with regular fillers, both to her lips and to her cheeks. Now wanting to take her look to the next level, Tamara is looking to do one of the more invasive surgeries; rib removal, but will she want to go ahead with once she learns about the risks?

Monami Frost, 27, is 90% covered in tattoos and piercings - but she hasn't let the stereotypes about body ink get in the way of her dreams. Originally from Latvia, Monami admits she didn't let other people's judgments stop her from covering her whole body. The majority of Monami's body and face is covered, and she reckons she's spent around £25,000 on her ink and piercings since starting at age 14. After moving to the UK, Monami, also a mum to two daughters, started to think about her next steps, and set up not one, but two new businesses and also released her own cookbook. Even with her huge success, Monami says people still judge her for her tattoos, particularly when it comes to being a mum. She adds that online, she gets comments on a daily basis about parenting with tattoos.

A glamour model has declared her "goal is to have the world's biggest bum". Natasha Crown, 28, originally from Serbia, says she first realized she wanted a big bum at age 18. Two years later Natasha started her cosmetic journey from what she describes as an athletic teen to a curvy Goddess. Her first procedure on this journey was a Brazilian butt lift. Since then, she's gone on to have three more Brazilian butt lifts, one breast augmentation, Botox and regularly gets filler. The four Brazilian butt lifts that Natasha has had, have added over 100lbs to her bum - but she's not done yet and is eyeing up her fifth bum procedure. So far, Natasha estimates that she's spent over $100,000 on her cosmetic work, but with no sign of her wanting to put a stop to the procedures, that figure is destined to rise. We meet Natasha today as she looks for a new outfit to show to her online fans.

Amber Stonelake, from Mountain Home, Arkansas, has been collecting tattoos since she was 20 years old. She has become hooked on getting inked and now has the end goal of having one complete body sleeve. Amber has struggled with self-confidence issues, but with each tattoo she gets, the more she feels like her real self. Despite how Amber's look makes her feel, not everybody in the town feels the same way. Amber knows that people may have their own opinions, but this won't change her mind about looking exactly the way she wants.

Brittney Kade from Palm Springs, California, had one image in her mind when she decided to transition from male to female as a teenager - the ultimate Barbie doll. In fact, Brittney's spent at least $30,000 to transform herself into plastic perfection. Brittney's love of the Barbie look started as a child. As she grew up she realized she wanted to emulate the look of the dolls she used to play with. Her plastic surgery has caught lots of attention online, but Brittney ignores the negativity she receives. Despite some mixed reaction from her family, her mum Staci is perhaps her biggest supporter. But will she be happy when Brittney reveals her next permanent procedure?

Ashleigh Candela is the Australian OG of plastic surgery. She's been having procedures over the last 14 years and has spent over $100,000 on her cosmetic surgery obsession. Ashleigh has a taste for the finer things in life; luxury handbags, expensive shoes and of course plastic surgery. Ashleigh confesses that she's lost count of how many surgeries she's actually had, but hasn't ruled out more in the future. Ashleigh's first surgery was to fix damage to her nose. This really helped Ashleigh grow into the person she is today and forged her love of plastic surgery. Ashleigh says she never wants to look old and another nose job is top on her surgery to do list.

Paulina J. Candy has spent more than £200,000 in order to achieve her perfect plastic look. Paulina, originally from Poland, aspires to look like her favorite Playboy Bunny from reality series The Girls Next Door. What started as a 'plain Barbie' transformation ended up taking over her entire life. Included in the long list of procedures, Paulina reckons she's had at least 500 injections to her face, as well as breast enlargements, lip lifts and veneers to maintain her perfect look. But it's not just plastic surgery Paulina is invested in. She built an at-home gym in order to stay as fit as possible and her daily routine includes vitamins and a strict, healthy diet. Paulina has changed a lot since she started her plastic surgery journey at 18 years old and she admits some friends struggle to recognize her due to her extreme transformation. What will happen when she meets a dear friend who she hasn't seen in five years?

A former professional race car driver has used cosmetic procedures to reinvent herself as a glamour model. Renee Gracie, from Australia, started racing when she was just a teen. Initially she raced go-karts for fun, but at 18 years old she was racing professionally. However, after six years as a professional, Renee decided that the sport was no longer for her. Renee, who initially was unsure of what she would do next, was spurred into glamour modeling by her extensive fan base. Having already had one boob job at age 19, Renee took the decision to get more work to further enhance her look. To date she has paid for two Brazilian butt lifts, two boob jobs, veneers and filler, at a total cost of over $60,000. Renee hopes to one day return to racing, but for now says "my life is the best it's ever been and I'm the happiest I've ever been."

Joey Prixx has spent over $100,000 on transforming his body into what he sees as 'perfect.' Born and raised in Westwood, Boston, Joey was a shy and creative child, and always had a strong vision regarding how he wanted to look. At the age of 20, Joey got his first nose job. Since then, he has had over 100 procedures and 50 body piercings. As well as spending time on perfecting his look, Joey has a busy schedule running Superficial ModSpa, where he advises and performs procedures on his clients. "It's something I had wanted to do for a really long time. I wanted to design a studio that was one of a kind just like myself, but a place where I could help others reach their aesthetic goals."

A barbie fanatic from California wants to become the world's fittest Barbie doll. We met Blondie Bennett seven years ago, when she was going through hypnotherapy to become more doll-like. Blondie has now replaced the hypnotherapy with weights and protein shakes. But it's not just dumbbells that Blondie has been lifting. In the last four years, Blondie has had a face lift, lip lift, cheek lift, she's had her eyes done, her lip implants replaced and changed out her old breast implants for expanders - taking her boobs from 1700cc to a whopping 4000cc, all in a bid to look more plastic.

A young mum who has spent more than $45,000 on tattoos has hit back at judgmental strangers who treat her like a "criminal" because of her head-to-toe ink. Tayla Doblie, 23, of Melbourne, Australia, got her first tattoo the moment she turned 18. She soon became addicted, and at one point, was getting tattooed as often as once or twice a week. Now, five years and 60,000AUD later, she has covered 90 percent of her body. The only places Tayla, whose work has all been done by the same artist, is not inked are her face, palms, and the soles of her feet. Previously, when she went out in public, she attracted mostly positive attention. But since she became a mum, Tayla has faced much more judgment for her look. Despite the negativity, she has absolutely no regrets.

A gothic rock fan has spent EUR20,000 transforming herself into 'an inflatable doll'. Fetisch Barbie, 27, from Vienna, Austria, says she has an obsession with plastic surgery, especially with lip fillers. As a teenager, she started listening to rock music and was drawn to the goth scene. At school, she was constantly criticized by other students and teachers for the way she dressed. But judgment didn't stop Fetisch Barbie from pursuing her ideal look. She later fell in love with the world of 'bimbofication'. After getting her first lip filler at 18, she hasn't stopped having them ever since. Her boyfriend, Daniel, loves her 'fetish doll' look but is worried about her going too far.

A real-life Rapunzel whose hair measures 5 feet 4 inches has pledged that she will never cut her mane. Alla Perkova, 37, from Odessa, Ukraine, was inspired by her mother who had 3 feet long flowing hair. Alla claims she only had her hair trimmed twice when she was a child and has been growing it ever since. After graduating from university with a law degree, she decided to pursue her dream and became a model and actress. When she began sharing images of her long hair online, she received an overwhelming amount of support and admiration from the likes of celebrities. Alla's unique look turns heads wherever she goes, with passersby asking for snaps with her. Every year, Alla attends a local child beauty pageant, named after her, and crowns young girls who are inspired to look like her with long hair.

Meet Ashley Sky, the million-dollar Catwoman. With her hourglass curves and pillowed pout, she is the epitome of glamour, but her life has not been easy. Born male, she felt from an early age that she was born in the wrong body, At aged 12 she began taking hormones. During some of her darker times, Ashley, now CEO of her own fashion brand, Mushy Cutesy, found solace in her idol Catwoman, who she adores for being a "strong, fearless female." Aged 19 she had gender reassignment surgery and has since spent more than $1million on her Catwoman look. She has had facial feminisation, two jaw operations, two chin operations, four nose jobs, rib removal, three face lifts, and six breast augmentations. She loves the attention her look attracts, seeing it as an incredible contrast to all those years she spent feeling out of place. By sharing her story, she wants to offer hope to other transgender or non-binary people and encourage them to be their true, authentic selves.

A woman who is 90% covered in ink has convinced her conservative mother to get a tattoo for the first time. Kayla McMahon, 28, has splurged more than $60,000 on tattoos since getting the first one at the age of 15. Growing up in a traditional family in Texas, Kayla's love for tattoos infuriated her mother, Angie was worried that other people would judge her daughter's inked body. Gradually, their strained relationship was restored as Angie learned to be more open-minded and accept Kayla's tattoos. To Kayla's surprise, Angie has agreed to get a matching tattoo with her to show support.

A Kim Kardashian lookalike has revealed that she spends up to $4,000 a month keeping up with her look. Ashten, from California, has been told for years that she is a dead ringer for the reality TV star, but it was not until she was scouted by a Clint Eastwood lookalike, that she realized she could cash in. Now, she earns up to $6,000 for a single gig. To maintain her look, she follows a strict diet and exercise regime, has had two breast augmentations, and spends between $3,000 and $4,000 a month on facials, fillers and Botox. She also wears a waist trainer virtually all day, to get the trademark Kardashian curves. Whenever she goes out, she turns heads, with strangers taking photos and videos of her. Online, she has been subject to a tirade of cruel comments from trolls - but she is unfazed, and has vowed to continue working as a lookalike.

A vintage fashion collector is proving that fashion from 2000-2009 can be a lifestyle, not just a trend. Ivana Vladislava, from Germany, is obsessed with the noughties era style. In her current vintage clothes collection, she has items worn by Jennifer Lopez, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson, which individually never cost her more than $100. But that's what Ivana loves, big labels for a small price. Ivana, who was born a man, always knew she wanted to live her life as a woman. At age 16 she got her first boob job. As Ivana got older and in pursuit of her 2000's it-girl image, she got five more breast jobs, six nose jobs, two Brazilian butt lifts, a jawline reduction, a forehead reduction, a brow lift and multiple liposuction's. Ivana isn't sure how much she's spent in total, but tells us that she invested every penny into her procedures. For Ivana, whose age is a 'medical mystery', the procedures have been a great success and she has zero regrets.

A man from Chihuahua, Mexico who wants to look like a real-life Ken doll has revealed his latest procedure to his mum and best friend. 28-year-old Criss has had over 30 procedures on his face so far, and claims he has just started. As well as getting two rhinoplasties, Criss has lost count of how many fillers he's had so far. Starting at 18 years old, Criss has had injections in his lips, cheeks, nose, forehead and chin. Not yet satisfied with how he looks, Criss is always seeking new ways to perfect his image, and is now getting the popular 'Foxy eyes' procedure.

A 22-year-old has revealed how she has spent $100,000 on plastic surgery, including four separate operations to boost her booty. Saturn Rose of Vancouver, Canada, first went under the knife when she was around 19 for a BBL, but things didn't go as planned as she suffered complications. Since then she has undergone three more BBLs to correct the issues. Each one costing around $20,000. In addition, she has had liposuction, body contouring and regular fillers. Although Saturn's journey has not been easy, she says she would not take back having work done, as surgery has helped her feel more confident. However, not everybody is a fan of her look and online she has been the target of nasty comments from trolls.

A pair of identical twins are causing a social media stir thanks to their uncanny resemblance to Ariana Grande. Closer than close, Taylor and Mackenna, 20, spend virtually every waking moment together and dress the same. They look so alike that even their friends and family sometimes struggle to tell them apart. They also look strikingly similar to Ariana Grande. The siblings, from Canada, have set up a special social media account, called Pink Sweetener, dedicated to recreating the singer's most iconic looks. They record around 25 TikTok's a week and take up to two hours to transform themselves into the pop princess. To prevent her nails from breaking, Cordelia has learned to swiftly use her knuckles to perform daily tasks and avoids touching anything with her fingertips. Known as 'Ms. Nails' on social media, Cordelia shot to fame last year after 17 million people watched her washing her super-long nails on TikTok. Along with the attention, Cordelia also received judgment and disrespectful comments online, but the long nails lover is determined to keep them regardless of what the haters say.

Living in a rural, conservative village with her husband and two sons, Julianne initially got a frosty reception due to her body art, but locals have warmed to her look and now even come to her to get their own tattoos. With over 300k followers on Instagram, Juliane has become a big name in the world of tattooing and now says she cannot imagine life without them.

Ruth Lujan from Torreon, Mexico, is a practitioner of tight laced corseting. Naturally, her waist is 40cm and when Ruth's corset is fully laced up it shrinks down to a tiny 30cm or 11.8 inches. Five years ago whilst at a ballet class, Ruth's teacher noticed some issues with her movement and advised her to go to see a doctor. She was diagnosed with a rare condition called Hyperlaxity Syndrome which affects muscles and ligaments. The doctor recommended that wearing a corset could help the condition which resulted in Ruth gaining an interest in tight laced corseting. Ruth began posting her corseting journey on TikTok and Instagram and began gathering a huge following online. Her sister Valeria sometimes worries that Ruth's look is becoming too extreme.
