The model and actress from Paris, France, claims to have spent $50,000 on cosmetic surgeries so far to achieve her dream look.

A former boy band star is now unrecognizable after extreme plastic surgery. Songwriter, Ian Starr Kalatzis, 36, grew up in the spotlight with his first paid job at the age of five. In 2002, Ian, from Brisbane Australia, joined the boy band "Boystar" hitting the charts with a cover of Billy Ocean's "Loverboy". But after leaving the boy band to explore a solo career, Ian found it difficult to obtain work. Ian turned to plastic surgery for a re-invention with many doors suddenly opening up for him. Now that he's nearing his 40s, Ian wants to make sure his winning look is well taken care of.

Obsessed with achieving what she sees as the 'perfect' image, this busty glamour model has 6,640cc breasts - and they're getting bigger. In Michigan, USA, Foxy Menagerie has what is known as a 'double Z cup' and has long-term aims to look like Jessica Rabbit. The 42-year-old had her first surgery just six years back - after going through a divorce, she wanted a new image. Her surgeries seemed to snowball from there and she now has expanders in each breast, believing they will hit the 7,000cc mark very soon.

Pursuing the ultimate in "femininity and artificiality" has led a Vienna woman on an incredible journey from goth to 'deluxe bimbo'. Tattoo artist Kitty Ink has cultivated a one-of-a-kind style, complimenting her look with 1050cc breast implants, Botox, liposuction, and numerous filler operations - all of which she estimates has cost her 60,000 Euros. The self-proclaimed "bimbo doll, trophy wife, and hedonist party girl" lives in a lavish home near Vienna, which she treats as an extension of her own unique style.

Going from J-fashion Barbie to 'alien freak' has been a natural progression for a girl who says she is looking for a way to become 'permanently blue'. Lhouraii Li, who previously made the news in 2013 as the 'Barbie of Bradford', has undergone a dramatic change over the past six years and now regularly covers herself in blue paint. Aside from the paint, she now suffers from severe Agoraphobia, which means she can't be in public or she'll experience a panic attack. Lhouraii spends her time on her canal boat in the north of England.

An 18-year-old woman with over 20 facial piercings and tattooed eyeballs says that she doesn't regret any of her modifications. Chiara, from Rome, got her first piercing when she was just 11 years old. Since then, she has had around 40 more modifications, including over 20 facial piercings, 12 "scarifications", two "brandings", six sub-dermal implants and tattooed eyeballs.

A teenager is wowing onlookers online with her unique looks - including donning a full face of Shrek-esque green make-up to transform into a goblin. Alice Caron from Lyon, France, has patented an ultra-colorful style that mixes cyberpunk, fantasy, Harajuku and gothic. Alice has found love with boyfriend Nicolas, who adores her out-there look despite opting for more conservative clothes himself. The rainbow-hued teen has been on the receiving end of bullying because of her striking style choices, but Alice says she is committed to showing the world that fashion should not be defined by rules.

Roddy (now Jessica) Alves is a larger-than-life personality who has spent the last eight years better known as the 'human life Ken doll' - but now, he is transitioning into a woman. Due to Roddy's lifestyle, love for fashion and cosmetic surgeries, he has stood out among many other men and has described himself as "the life and soul of a party." Over the years, Roddy has been regularly snapped wearing his signature blazers, flaunting his artificial looking face and constantly having plastic surgeries and body modifications. But there has always been something missing for Roddy - he began to realize that he did not want to be a 'Ken doll' look alike after all. He wanted to transition and become a woman. Roddy wishes to be referred to as 'Roddy' and 'he' until he has fully completed his transition journey.

A man from Germany has planned head-to-toe plastic surgeries in order to achieve his dream of looking like a "plastic doll". Stefan Streubel claims to have wanted plastic surgery since the age of 12. The 27-year-old from Stuttgart started enhancing his lips two years ago and has since spent over EUR5,000 on fillers alone. Although many people who undergo surgery prefer subtle enhancements, Stefan confesses that he wants people to describe him as "botched".
Episode 11
A couple from Kent make an unlikely pair as one is a goth, while the other is obsessed with all things pastel colors. Krista Magica and her partner Harry Valentine became a couple three years ago after meeting online. Despite bonding over their love for alternative style, the couple have completely contrasting looks. While Krista is obsessed with pastel colors, her goth boyfriend Harry is dressed head-to-toe in black.
Episode 12
Inspired by video games, Juan Carlos Trinidad Jiménez has more than 200 body modifications. The 22-year-old, more commonly known as Tobi, from Querétaro, Mexico got his first piercing at the age of 12 and his first tattoo aged 15. Among the many body modifications Tobi has are a forked tongue, a horn, scarification and ear expansions. He describes it as the "look of happiness". At first Tobi's mum Adelita was concerned that Tobi's transformation meant she was losing her son but now accepts that this is what he wants. Tobi works as a piercer and tattoo artist, practicing the hand poke technique and even did a tattoo on his mum. Tobi wants to help change people's perceptions of those with body modifications and encourage people to be themselves.
Episode 13
A woman in Northern England who identifies as a blue 'Alien' has decided to try out her vibrant look on her goth boyfriend. Lhouraii Li and Nathan Kent met 10 years ago at a Goth nightclub and have been together ever since. They were both 16 years old at the time when Lhouraii was drawn to Nathan's gothic makeup and style and Nathan was attracted to Lhouraii's fantasy look. Lhouraii and Nathan have admired each other's looks for some time now but Lhouraii has always wondered how Nathan would look as a blue version of himself. And so they decided to give it a try.

A social media star who is transforming his face to look like an "Instagram filter" says that even after five major surgeries, he is still chasing his dream look. Levi Jed Murphy, who is in his early twenties, has undergone two lip lifts, a rhinoplasty, a cheek lift, eyelid surgery, teeth veneers and numerous rounds of fillers and Botox.

Amber Luke from Brisbane, Australia, has 600 tattoos covering her face and body. Last year she revealed her blue tattooed eyes which blinded her for three weeks. Since then, she has continued to add to her collection with stretched ear lobes, more tattoos, and plans to get a Brazilian Butt Lift. Her journey into body modification began when she was diagnosed with severe clinical depression at 16-years-old. She explained the reasons behind her extreme look. Amber has now spent $50,000 on tattoos, and $70,000 on body modifications.

In the forests of Louisiana lives a real-life fairy - equipped with her very own magical workshop. Ashley Gailliot started dressing as her alter-ego: a half mermaid, half-fairy called 'Thistle' as a hobby after a childhood obsession with all things fantasy-related. However, this became a more important form of escapism for Ashley during difficult times in her life. Today, Ashely makes her friend Geneva a special pair of wings for her fairy 'Aurora', anxiously presenting them to her on a magical day out.

Glamour model Allegra Cole has reached 50 years old - but that hasn't stopped her from chasing her dream to be a global sex icon as well as a successful businesswoman. Cole, who made headlines for her enhanced 54" bust, launched a crowdfunding service last year for women seeking breast augmentations. Now, she is spending more time on her musical pursuits, and will be releasing her debut album later this year.

Luis Padron from Argentina has had 32 procedures to achieve his out of this world, real-life elf look. Back in 2018, Luis revealed his pointy ears, enlarged eyes and white hair. Since then Luis has had lots of plastic surgery to keep his 'otherworldly' look on point. Luis is currently in lock-down at his sister's apartment, who is training to be a plastic surgeon, and will soon work on Luis's new maleficent style face. But first, Luis must get to grips with maintaining his fantasy look - whilst living in lock-down.

Jessica Teekasingh from Georgia, USA, feels that she has lived far too long in another person's shadow. Her resemblance to Ariana Grande led to an angry social media backlash when the online influencer visited Disney World. Fans of the pop star were asking to take pictures with Jessica, thinking she was the singer. Jessica is now determined to create a name for herself, away from the singer.
Episode 20
A college student has transformed her lifestyle from 'party girl' to dedicated bodybuilder, but will "never be satisfied" with her muscled physique. Olivia Rothenberg from North Carolina, USA, started bodybuilding three years ago. Since then, her whole life has become centered around the sport. Before this, Olivia's lifestyle was radically different. Then her boyfriend Bradley, who had already dedicated himself to the sport, encouraged her to start training. The couple now "eat, breathe and sleep bodybuilding."
Episode 21
This body modification enthusiast is determined to have the biggest stretched ear lobes in the world. Bianca Ferro from New Jersey, USA, has stretched her ear lobes to 86 millimeters, however, her goal is to reach over 105 - the world record held by the current champion. Her collection of body mods includes a stretched labret, septum, and tattoos covering her face and body.
Episode 22
A young man in Charlotte, North Carolina was only 15 years old when he got his first ever cosmetic procedure. Tyler Dyvig got hooked on changing his look at such a young age and loved being the center of attention as he showcased his new looks. One main reason why Tyler started getting work done at such a young age is because he would hear his Mum's dermatologist recommend that if you start at a young age, it would help break down the muscle, and once that muscle breaks down, you won't get wrinkles. To date, Tyler has spent about $75,000 on procedures and had multiple rounds of laser treatments, bicep implants, buttock augmentation, his chin and jaw done three times, his lips done three times a year and will soon get a hair transplant.

A Bodybuilding mother won't be intimidated by men at the gym and inspires other women to transform their bodies with muscles. Betsaida McAllister lives in Texas. Originally from Colombia, she once worked as an accountant and she had a slim physique in her younger years. However, after moving to the US 12 years ago she started going to the gym and began her bodybuilding career a few years later. Betsaida has competed in 25 bodybuilding shows, winning multiple competitions and has become an IFBB PRO. Betsaida hopes to show other women that you can be confident with bigger muscles too.
Episode 24
A Canadian artist is transforming his look with extreme plastic surgeries and tattoos to fulfill his dream of becoming a gothic vampire. Philip Royer, 26, from Montreal, professionally goes by his creative name, London. He works as a tattoo, make-up, and performing artist. He's had an obsession with vampires since childhood, finding their aesthetic magnificent. London has focused many of his modifications on resembling the bloodsucking creatures, as "they're immortal." London has over 70% of his body tattooed and wants to become fully covered in ink. He's had facial reconstruction surgery on his jaw and plans to get more extreme procedures in the future. London doesn't regret any of the changes he has made to his body, saying that he finally felt handsome after getting his first facial tattoo.
Episode 25
A mum who has spent $35,000 on tattoos admits that she is "totally addicted" after covering 99% of her body in ink. She now plans to add more extreme modifications to her collection. Aleksandra from Finland has been transforming her body for the past 10 years, inspired by her parent's alternative looks. She has suffered verbal attacks in front of her children because of the way she looks. However, she is determined to carry on, with more extreme plans in the future, like eyeball tattoos, which could risk her eyesight.
Episode 26
Three generations of plastic surgery addicts all met for the first time to give advice to the youngest of the trio for his upcoming hair transplant procedure. The three combined have had over 1,000 cosmetic procedures for a total of over $1.5 million. 39-year-old Justin "Human Ken Doll" Jedlica has spent the most on plastic surgery - a whopping total of $950,000 dollars. 55-year-old John "Ken Daddy" Olavarria admits spending around $500,000 throughout the years. 22-year-old Tyler "Baby Ken" Dyvig has already spent over $75,000 on his procedures.
Episode 27
A 26-year-old tattoo artist with over 70% of his body covered in tatts and extreme body mods claims he is rejecting society's standards. Freddy Campos from Minas Gerais, Brazil, gave himself his first tattoo with a makeshift machine when he was just 10 years old. Since then, he has lost count of how many tattoos he has, and has even started getting some extreme body modifications. Freddy's modifications include black tattooed eyes, a split and tattooed tongue and various silicone implants - including horn-like implants on his forehead.
Episode 28
A teacher who claims his body is 100% tattooed has covered his signature inkings for the day - to surprise his family. With the help of his friend and makeup artist Alexandra, Sylvain turned back time for the day and covered his tattoos in thick skin-colored makeup - the process taking over two hours. Appearing as a 'regular' person, Sylvain walked into a cafe and gave his father Alain and sister Brigitte the shock of a lifetime.
Episode 29
Extreme modified parent Rico Sosa is turning himself into a real-life orc. The 45-year-old tattoo artist has undergone numerous surgical procedures and is covering his whole body in a full black tattoo body suit to look as close as possible to an orc. His modifications include a modified nose, pointed ears, eyeball tattoos, split tongue, scarifications, subdermal implants and even solar branding. With Rico's partner, Krishna, also being a heavily modified tattoo artist, the two motivate each other to always do more.
Episode 30
An 18-year-old man has had the transformation of a lifetime - by becoming a drag queen for the day. New York-based Joseph Vallejo always knew he wanted to perform on stage and entertain others, but it wasn't until he saw drag queens on TV when he realized that this was his calling. The only issue is he's never tried makeup on before, let alone a dress and heels. Fortunately, with the help from New Jersey-based drag queen Vanity Ray, Joseph transformed into his superstar alter ego. Joseph even thought of his own drag queen name, Luminella - based on the chemical used in forensic science.
Episode 31
27-year-old Nicole Zavala claims she is addicted to plastic surgery. When she turned 18, Nicole asked her father for a new pair of boobs and a nose job. She since had multiple Brazilian butt lifts, augmentations and liposuctions. In total she has spent over $40,000 on cosmetic surgery. Nicole's brother Michael disapproves of the amount of procedures she is getting done and is worried it might become too much one day.
Episode 32
Heavily tattooed and modified parents-of-one Victor and Jessica are proudly fighting back against the prejudice they receive online. The father, Victor, gave himself his first tattoo at just 13-years-old and has never stopped modifying himself ever since. The 45-year-old's body is 70% covered in tattoos and he has undergone seven surgical body modifications procedures including nipple removal, subdermal implants, a split tongue, tattooed eyeballs and massive nose stretchers. The couple run an Instagram page called 'The Modified Couple' where they share their day-to-day life with their 3-year-old son, rejecting criticism that their looks impact upon their parenting.
Episode 33
A woman in Ukraine claims to have the biggest cheeks in the world - after having countless filler injections. Anastasia Pokreshchuk from Kiev got her first lip fillers when she was 26 and hasn't stopped injecting her face since. She has now spent around $2,000 on all sorts of facial fillers and is not planning to stop anytime soon. Anastasia has become so obsessed with fillers that she has started giving them to herself and to her friends.
Episode 34
A metalhead has been transformed into a pinup girl for the day - to surprise her husband. New York-born, Stacie lives in Winter Springs, Florida with her husband Josh. The pair are both metalheads with black clothes, Mohawks and tattoos. Stacie has even gone so far to have her tongue split, and an entire arm filled in with black ink. Her best friend Jessie, is not so keen on the body mods. Jessie has a slightly different style with long curls, dramatic feminine makeup and pinup-style dresses. For one day only, Jessie transformed her best friend from a metalhead to a pinup girl - and then they surprised her husband.
Episode 35
Tattoo artist Michela Bottin-Ackerman is 95% covered in tattoos - and about 75% of her body is coated in black ink. Besides that, she also has several body modifications such as a split tongue, pointed ears and tattooed eyeballs. The 32-year-old currently resides in New York, but is originally from a small town in Italy, where she got her first tattoo as a teenager. Michela started out with very colorful tattoos, which is what she now specializes in as a successful tattooist. But slowly Michela's cartoon and animal inspired body art made place for big patches of black ink. Having her skin blackened out has given Michela a lot of confidence, she explains that her addiction to this type of tattoo is because she felt uncomfortable being addressed as the "pretty girl" - wanting to erase the superficiality.

25-year-old tattoo artist twins Aline and Alena have recently moved to LA to live their American dream. Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, the talented women have opened up two tattoo parlors in the heart of Hollywood. Both women are heavily tattooed themselves, having their first tattoos at 17 years old. Most of their tattoos are their own work; regularly tattooing each other. Aline and Alena, also known as "The Petunia Twins", are obsessed with color, which can be found in their artwork and their tattoo designs. And even though the twins have only just moved to the States, their colorful and unique tattoo designs are taking LA by storm. Being twins and having similar styles, people often struggle with keeping Aline and Alena apart. Adding to that is the fact that even outside of work, the sisters are always together.

Jonathan Dylan is back - Canada's very own Ken Doll who has spent over CA$50,000 to achieve his dream doll look. Amongst his many procedures, he's had countless lip fillers, cheek fillers, jaw fillers, chin fillers and Botox all around his face. Jonathan is so happy with the way he looks now that he says he could never imagine going back to how he used to look. He even says he appreciates all types of comments on his Instagram page - including the negative ones - as they make his Instagram followers rise. Nowadays, Jonathan is a musician who is trying to become big in the music industry and is practicing choreography for his newest music video.

An extreme 'corsetter' has decided to revamp her look in time for Halloween - by transforming into the Corpse Bride. Mother-of-one, Sarah Vaeth, appeared on Truly last year after shrinking her waist to just 15 inches through the sustained wearing of tight corsets. And now, she's back, but this time she's transforming her image in the hopes of impressing her family.
Episode 39
A father who is almost completely covered in red tattoos regularly gets called the 'devil'. Pascal Waldburger, also known as Toxo, is a tattoo artist from Switzerland. With 80% of his body tattooed, Toxo refers to his many tattoos as 'one big bodysuit comprising of countless small images'. He has also undergone surgical modification procedures including black eyeball tattoos, 12 body implants, scarification on the forearm, cut off ear lobes and pierced nipples.

Doll obsessed 17-year-old, Felipe Adams, is hoping to follow in the footsteps of Roddy Alves to become the latest human Ken doll on the block. Felipe, who is currently too young to get plastic surgery, wakes up at 2:30am every day so he can arrive at school for 7am fully transformed as a human Ken doll. Since he is too young and cannot afford surgery, from the age of 15 years old, Felipe has been teaching himself mind-blowing makeup skills that allow him to look like the world-famous doll. His talent has fooled others into believing he has undergone multiple rounds of surgery, yet Felipe only dreams of fulfilling this life-long dream once he is an adult and able to afford it.

A single mom who lost her confidence after a tough breakup undergoes the ultimate glow up. Today Kelsey is having a glamorous makeover inspired by Kylie Jenner. Kelsey said: "My dream looks would be Kylie Jenner, with long black hair, big lashes and lipstick."

This Twitch gamer stands out from the crowd with her extreme body modifications. Maria Spallek from Germany goes by her streaming name 'Balea The Scarleg' online. She has built up a large following on her Instagram page and now streams games on Twitch with her fans. Maria acknowledges that her style may attract followers to her channel, but her dedication and relationship with fans keeps them coming back. Maria has dozens of piercings, a split tongue and cut-outs in her ears. She has transformed her body with ink, covering her face, neck and even has one eyeball tattooed.

A woman who is inspired by Kim Kardashian's look gets regularly mistaken in the street for the star. Chaly DN from London, UK, first realized she looked like the reality star when she first saw a photo of her. Despite being 'inspired' by Kim Kardashian, Chaly says she doesn't try to look like the star. The social media influencer has spent over one-million pounds on clothes, shoes and bags - and ensures to keep up to date with Kim K's designer style.
Episode 44
32-year-old Italian model, YouTuber and photographer Cristian aka 'Ombra' is 75% covered in tattoos. Getting his first tattoo at the young age of 13, Cristian has been obsessed with getting inked ever since. Starting at the arms and neck, he first tattooed parts of his face at 19 years old. But his most noticeable modification comes with his black-inked eyeballs. Ombra's unusual look has gained him a successful career in the fashion industry. Now based in Milan, he was scouted by a modeling agency whilst living in London. Cristian explains that his tattoos and modifications are an important part of his modeling career. He is not planning to stop modifying his body any time soon.

A 29-year-old from the Philippines is covering herself in tattoos and modifications to become a 'Voodoo witch'. DeeDee Villegas has covered around 80% of her body in tribal tattoos - including black tattooed eyes. She receives a lot of negativity for her unique look, with people calling her 'devil' and 'antichrist'. DeeDee recently started a TikTok account that already has more than 1 million followers. DeeDee met her boyfriend Renzy through social media and the two haven't looked back since.
Episode 46
Model, influencer and mum-to-be Becky Holt is 95% covered in tattoos. The 32-year-old from Cheshire, UK, has made a successful career as an alternative model. Getting her first tattoo at the age of 15, Becky has since covered nearly her entire body, including parts of her face. With only the soles of her feet and the palms of her hands left to be inked, Becky also has plans to split her tongue. However, the inked model is currently taking a break from body modifications whilst focusing on being pregnant and soon having her baby. Usually a slim size six, Becky explains she's had to get used to her baby bump and the weight she's gained because of it. Nevertheless, Becky wants to document this exciting time in her life and to boost her own confidence, she has booked in a maternity shoot.

Known as the "real life Rapunzel", 34-year-old Malgorzata Kulczyk's hair measures an incredible 5 feet 2 inches in length. Born in Poland, Malgorzata is currently a student in London. She is the only one in her family to have such long hair. Malgorzata posted images of her long hair on Instagram and was surprised by people's reactions. When out in public, people stare at her but don't give Malgorzata any hate.
Episode 48
19-year-old body modification addict Chiara has transformed her look into a "Barbie Bimbo''. Chiara from Rome, Italy, had her first piercing at just 11 years old. She has since added over 20 facial piercings, scarifications, brandings, subdermal implants, facial tattoos and even tattooed eyeballs. Forever changing her look, Chiara has recently transformed her already alternative style to pretty in pink as a "Barbie Bimbo". Now sporting lip fillers, long bleach blonde hair and fake nails, she explains: "My current style is inspired by Barbie, everything that's fake attracts me more than natural." Previously dressed in basic black, Chiara wants to look more feminine, wearing short tops and skirts in glitter and pink, she now refers to herself as "Blond Bimbo". To add to her Barbie inspired look, Chiara is also contemplating a breast augmentation. With friends and family on the fence about her plans for surgery, Chiara seems unfazed.

With the 'biggest breast implants in the world', Martina Big has now transformed herself into Jessica Rabbit. Martina from Trier, Germany, has previously appeared on Truly with her extreme body modifications, including injections to darken her skin and large, expanding implants in her breasts. Her latest transformation project is to become a living cartoon character, her idol - Jessica Rabbit. To create the cartoon rabbit's famous body shape, she has decided to have even more plastic surgeries, with upcoming lip and butt injections scheduled. Martina explained why she felt it was integral for the transformation, "I have some parts of the Jessica look, but I need to make them more extreme."

This 33-year-old Italian tattoo artist has 85% of his body covered in tattoos - and he has no plans to stop. Buio, from Veneto, Italy, started tattooing on himself at age 13 when his mother bought him a basic tattooing kit. His first ever tattoo was on his face, and today most of his face is covered in full black ink. Having gone through a difficult childhood, Buio found his lost happiness in tattooing. Most of Buio's tattoos are inspired by Maori and Buddhist culture - and he has even added a Buddhist swastika to his neck. Buio used to play bass guitar and the drums and started to rap in 2009. Nowadays he is trying to make it as a trap rapper. His close friend Christian, who is also a tattoo artist, came to visit Buio for a one-off surprise tattoo session where the friends will give each other a tattoo at the same time.
Episode 51
A mum has spent $150,000 on nine major plastic surgeries and 500 procedures to transform her body, and she's "nowhere near finished". Elaina Starr is not your "average soccer mum". She admits that her schedule revolves around everything beauty, and plans to keep going with her extreme body transformation, despite suffering health complications. The 32-year-old from Queens, New York, explains that her first cosmetic surgery was a nose job. Now she has regular Botox and silicone injected into her face. Her more extreme surgeries have included three Brazilian butt lifts, two tummy tucks and a corseting procedure. Her plastic obsession has even caused her major health issues. She is determined to continue getting surgeries, despite her family being unsupportive of many of her decisions.

Priscila Beatrice, 28, from Brazil is an impersonator of superstar Rihanna after classmates and friends started to compare her to the singer in high school back in 2007.
