Episode 1
Self-proclaimed 'living Ken doll' Jonny Dylan says nothing will stand in the way of him achieving his dream of looking completely fake - even health warnings from doctors. Raised in Hong Kong, merchandiser Jonny now lives in Vancouver with his boyfriend, Joel, who disagrees with Jonny's extravagant lifestyle. Jonny has regular Botox injections and fillers and admits to spending around $800 every month on maintaining his striking plastic look.
Episode 2
Brainy economics graduate, Courtney Barnes, decided to turn her back on her training and make money by flaunting her 59 inch booty to her avid online followers. Courtney, from Miami, underwent three rounds of illegal butt shots six years ago at one of the thousands of illegal "pumping parties" that take place across the United States. The end product was much bigger than she expected but now the 32-year-old cam-girl and model is using her super-sized butt to her financial benefit.

Real-life Rapunzel Aliia Nasyrova has hair so long that her husband admits he thinks of it as another member of the family. Aliia, 27, who lives in Riga, Latvia, took 20 years to grow out her hair, which measures 90 inches to the floor - and even has its own space in the marital bed. And while her massive mane attracts stares when out in public, her husband Ivan Balaban says he loves it and is proud of her for not cutting it. Weighing in at 4.5lbs (2kg), Aliia says her lengthy locks weigh as much as the family cat.

Burlesque goddess Cassandra Cass stuns audiences with her jaw-dropping performances and endless confidence - but her life has not always been so glamorous. The 33-year-old was raised as a farm boy by an overbearing father and was disowned by her family when she revealed her desire to become a beautiful woman. When she was just 18, Cassandra packed up her car and drove 1,500 miles from Iowa to Florida, where she stumbled across the burlesque scene and decided to unleash her own inner diva. Her transition and subsequent plastic surgery cost over $250,000, and Cassandra has had almost every cosmetic procedure possible, including numerous breast augmentation surgeries and bum implants. Now a successful Hollywood performer and actress, Cassandra is encouraging other people to stand up to discrimination and follow their dreams.

Meet the real-life Trunks of hit 90's TV show Dragon Ball Z, who is transforming inside and out to become his idol. Julian Louw, a stunt actor and professional dancer, was first introduced to the popular Japanese anime series when he was teenager and admits that he fell in love with the character of Trunks, connecting to him on a personal level. Three years ago Louw made the decision to embark on a 'character development project' to become the real-life Trunks after strangers told him that he resembled the fictional character, but to become a living version would be impossible.

Busty German glamour model Martina Big has shocked her fans with a new 'extreme tan' that has turned her fair skin to 'dark crispy brown' with just three tanning injections. The 28-year-old - who claims her size 32 S breasts are the biggest in Europe - has had tanning injections to turn her white Caucasian skin a deep shade of mahogany brown. And she has no plans of curbing her tanning addiction - Martina says that she wants even more of the melanin increasing injections and admits that she is still using a 50-tube sunbed at her home in Trier, Germany.

Surgery-obsessed 'living cartoon' Pixee Fox has undergone even more extreme plastic surgery procedures - and finally shown them off to her shocked family. The glamour model is just 26 years old but has already had more than 100 cosmetic procedures and radical surgeries including famously having six ribs removed. She has also changed the color of her eyes, had several boob jobs and most recently pumped up her butt and lips with a fat transfer in pursuit of becoming a real Barbie. But her pursuit of plastic perfection and jet-set lifestyle is in stark contrast to her roots, growing up in a rural part of Gavle, Sweden, living with her conservative parents and older sister.

Known individually for their love of cosmetic surgery, Pixee Fox and Rodrigo Alves recently joined forces to have over £20,000 of cosmetic procedures each in a five-day body blitz. The plastic pals met up in Istanbul, Turkey, where real-life Barbie Doll Pixee was enjoying an extended stay. Getting a behind the scenes view of life as a plastic surgeon, Pixee observed surgeries and treatments as part of her plastic surgery education or as she called it: her "beauty camp." Her matching Ken doll, Rodrigo flew out to join her for their self-styled beauty camp.

Fetish model Romanie Smith, 20, from Colchester, Essex, wears a corset in a bid to achieve the perfect hourglass figure. Romanie's waist currently closes at a minuscule 18 inches in a corset and she hopes that by waist training she will be able to get it down to an eye-watering 15 inches - which is currently the Guinness World Record for the smallest corseted waist.

Curvy twins Dana and Nadia Bruna make $30,000 a month posting pictures of their rounded bottoms online. The 30-year-old pair live a life of luxury thanks to their famous behinds - which have a combined Instagram following of 1.1million. The twins achieved their pert posteriors through 3kg fat transfers from other areas of the body - although they insist, they were already genetically gifted in the rear to begin with. The cosmetically enhanced pair, who live in Miami, Florida, have had over $60,000 worth of surgery for free - by advertising the jaw-dropping results on their Instagram pages. Their dedication to plastic surgery and exercise has seen the circumference of their bottoms swell to over a meter each in thickness.

With their peroxide blonde locks, svelte size eight figures and stunning youthful looks, these two women are often mistaken for sisters. But 57-year-old Janet Horrocks has spent £40,000 and endured extensive cosmetic surgery to look like her 35-year-old daughter Jane Cunliffe. Janet's extensive beauty regime includes regular Botox and fillers to keep up with her only daughter - much to Jane's disdain. For whilst Janet is adamant that she will never give up in her quest for eternal youth, Jane is firmly anti-surgery and fears that one day she will look older than her plastic-obsessed mum.

Busty Allegra Cole has enlarged her 54-inch breasts so much that she struggles to tie her shoes. Allegra swapped a career as a suburban piano teacher for the glamour of modeling, with her initial operations funded by strangers online. Allegra, 47, styles herself on what she calls the "extreme Jessica Rabbit look" and openly talks about her "boob greed" and her desire to go even bigger. Allegra grew up in a traditional Mormon household in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was a musical prodigy, performing as a professionally trained pianist at a very young age. She settled into a tranquil life as a mother and piano teacher, but in her 30s she decided to pose for some modeling shots and quickly got hooked. She now earns up to 100K a year posing for sexy pictures, with her 34MM cups in high demand.

A make-up artist wants to remove his genitals to achieve his dream of looking like an alien. Vinny Ohh, 23, based in Los Angeles, has already spent $60,000 transforming himself into a 'genderless alien'. He has been told by plastic surgeons that he may never be able to have the operation, which would be a world-first. Medical professionals have warmed him such an operation could be highly risky and leave him unable to urinate, but he is adamant that he will go ahead with the procedure, saying that he needs it in order to become his true self.

Bobbi-Jo Westley is on a one-woman quest to have the world's biggest hips - even if doing so kills her. Currently measuring 95 inches, she has her sights firmly set on the current record of 99 inches, held by LA-based Mikel Ruffinelli. And her supersized hips have already earned her a supersized following, with legions of fans from around the globe buying and trading her pictures online. Despite the warnings of doctors and nutritionists that her current lifestyle means she is a 'ticking time bomb', she is determined to keep on growing her hips until she sets a new world record, or dies trying.

An African-American man claims to have found a natural remedy for lightening the color of his skin. Fraink White has been tampering with his skin pigmentation since he was a child in the hope of making his facial features "more prominent". The 28-year-old strongly maintains that lightening his skin tone has nothing to do with wanting to change race. And now, the self-proclaimed 'social media personality' claims that he has developed a '100 percent natural' skin lightening product that he sells to customers around the world as part of his cosmetic business.
Episode 16
An actress is risking her life for 'eternal youth' by injecting herself with doses of a 3.5 million year-old bacteria discovered in Siberia. The 45-year-old, who uses the moniker Manoush and refuses to give her real name, has been pumping an extract of Bacillus F into her blood stream for the past three months and says it has made her look and feel younger. The ancient bacteria was discovered in the permafrost of north-west Russia by scientists in 2009 and has been hailed a 'scientific sensation' by some. The injections are just the latest in a long line of procedures for mother-of-one Manoush who has already spent $50,000 on plastic surgery over the last 20 years.

An incredible Hulk-inspired bodybuilder is risking his life to pump up his muscles by injecting oil into his arms. Beefcake Valdir Segato's huge biceps measure a staggering 23 inches as a result of painful synthol injections. The 48-year-old's arms have doubled in size from 12in after he began injecting the potentially lethal oil substance five years ago - and now he wants to get even bigger. Valdir, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, is inspired by the physiques of Arnold Schwarzenegger and the Hulk and is proud to be known locally as 'He-Man' and 'the monster'.

Human Ken Doll Justin Jedlica has spent $21,000 on new silicon back implants. The 36-year-old has gone under the knife once again for several painful muscular and facial procedures, taking the amount he has spent on cosmetic enhancements to more than $560,000. The Los Angeles-based surgery star had his large latissimus silicone implants replaced with smaller ones.
Episode 19
A new cosmetic procedure inspired by the bloodsucking ways of the vampire is offering women the promise of plumper breasts - without having to go under the knife. While Botox and Brazilian butt lifts have hit the mainstream in recent years, the 'vampire breast lift' is the latest sensation in the world of New York cosmetic beauty treatments. While celebrities like Kim Kardashian have advertised their use of 'vampire facials', the new procedure involves women having themselves injected with their own blood to achieve a more voluptuous look.
Episode 20
After spending £19,000 and nearly dying from a breast enlargement, a 21-year-old woman will do anything to look like Barbie. Amanda Ahola, from Jyväskylä, Finland, will do anything to achieve the 'perfect Barbie look.' To date, the webcam model has spent £15,000 on three breast augmentations - taking her B Cup breasts to a 30GG cup. She spent £4,000 on a nose job and hundreds of pounds on lip fillers and Botox injections. The former cleaner almost died during her third breast augmentation when she suffered a seizure and swelling on the brain. Despite this Amanda vows that she will continue to pursue her dream of looking plastic.

Curvy twins Miriam and Michelle Carolus claim their whopping four-foot butts are the result of an eye-watering 2000 squats a day. The aspiring models have used their dazzling derrieres to make a name for themselves and so far, earned nearly 250,000 followers on Instagram. But they deny their success is due to surgery, saying it's down to a dedicated regime that sees them mirroring each other's lifestyle to pedantic detail. The girls even live next-door to each other in Miami, Florida, and work for the same plastic surgeon - but say the only work they've had is matching boob jobs.
Episode 22
A transgender woman has spent $76,000 on plastic surgery and won't stop until she has reached 'perfection'. Fulvia Pelegrino has had more than 150 lip and cheekbone fillers, four breast implants, and two rounds of liposuction - and has the full support of her wife. The 56-year-old from Italy has spent EUR12,000 on her bum and is planning even more surgery in her quest for the perfect face and body. Remarkably, Fulvia's wife, Marisa, is standing by her husband, although the pair are now more like sisters than a married couple.

Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves swapped the pristine surroundings of spas and plastic surgery clinics for an authentic Indian experience on a recent trip to Delhi. Rodrigo spent the last day of his trip to India visiting some of Delhi's tourist spots, eating local food, exploring the market, and, of course, clothes shopping. Despite having visited India before, Rodrigo believes this trip is the first time he's really got to understand and appreciate more of the country's culture. He's already planning his next visit, where he hopes to have yet more cosmetic procedures, this time changing his eye color.
Episode 24
Dressed in a frilly pink dress with knee high socks, a furry headband around her platinum blond hair and full eyelashes, 21-year-old Jade Smith looks more like a porcelain doll than a real-life person. Wanting to look like a real-life 'Lolita' doll, Jade, from Wallington, Surrey, estimates she's spent £10,000 to date on her doll-like outfits, £8,000 on shoes, not to mention the extra money spent on accessories, wigs, key chains and toys. She even has a monthly glitter budget. Jade, or Princess Jadette, as she is known on social media, wants to look like a porcelain doll and admits that in the future she'd like to have plastic surgery to enhance her doll-like looks.
