However, the fun really begins when the invasion begins and Klink has no idea what to do. Also, Hogan must contact Von Scheider's wife Lilli, who was a deep planted English agent prior to the war, who is to be informed her assignment is over. However, Hogan isn't sure where her loyalties lie and whether or not she is still on the side of the Allies.

Hogan comes up with a plan not only to get rid of the traitor, but to also get him blamed for destroying a new weapon the Germans put into Stalag 13 for safekeeping.

French resistance fighter Maurice Dubois arrives at Stalag 13 to inform Hogan that Hitler has plans for the defense of Paris in case the Allies arrive, which entails the total destruction of the city by blowing up every building in the city. He also tells them that General Hammerschlag has the plans as well as where all the explosives are hidden. However, Hammerschlag only trusts one person, a so-called mystic named Kumasa who is really an expatriate Amercan named Carol Dukes, who went to high school with Kinch. Kinch is then asked to go to Paris to try to persuade her to help the allies, despite her ambivalent feeling about the U.S. due to all the prejudice she experienced in her homeland. Can Kinch and Hogan convince her to help them out or will she sell them out to the Germans?

Dubois delivers a very suspicious Russian pilot to Hogan and his men. Hogan wants to send him to London, but the pilot named Igor wants to go back to Russia. Also, Burkhalter is on the hunt for the Russian as well. Hogan now must find a way to get Igor back to Russia before he blows Hogan's whole operation.

Hogan and his men are given the task of killing all the German generals, who will be meeting for a conference in town. Although it is considered pretty much a suicide mission, they readily accept the mission. They plan on achieving their goal by planting bombs in the meeting room with the aid of chef Jacques Mornay, a French resistance fighter who was a chef before the war. However, the plan hits a snag when they find out that one of the generals, Felix Mercer, is really a British agent. Mercer then informs them that there are very important battle plans that must not be destroyed. Can Hogan get the plans out of room before the bombs go off?
