Wirsa is a kind girl who lives with her parents, Mansoor and Fatima, in a house they share with Mansoor's brother, Iqbal. Wirsa's cousin and Iqbal's son, Farman, secretly has feelings for her. His mother, Shamim, is determined for Farman to marry Wirsa to gain sole ownership of the house. On the other hand, Waqar is a handsome young man from a wealthy family. Waqar's mother has chosen Wirsa to be his wife, which makes his cousin Zobia very jealous because she loves him and wants to marry him. Wirsa and Waqar end up getting married, but their marriage has a rocky start because of their meddling relatives.
