In the series opener, Lilly gets two tickets (for Miley and herself) to see Hannah Montana. Because Miley secretly is Hannah Montana, she has to tell Lilly that she cannot go to the concert. After the concert, Lilly sneaks into Hannah's dressing room and discovers Miley's secret. Lilly wants to tell everyone in school so that they will be popular, but Miley wants Lilly to keep it a secret. They have a big fight over this, but when Miley finds out that Lilly didn't tell anyone, they become friends again. Miley's secret is safe with Lilly. Meanwhile, Jackson decides to use Hannah's fame to get himself a date.
