The boys will go head-to-head against some of the best gymnasts in Europe - from France, Switzerland, and Germany. The competition throws up one challenge after the next and the boys have to think on their feet. Winston needs to keep all his wits about him to keep on track - but if he can do this, the rewards will be huge. In East Sussex, rhythmic girls -Poppy, Clea, Martha, Bella and Cherry join a team of litter pickers intent on cleaning up the coastline to keep dangerous plastics away from the marine wildlife.
