Chef Massimo Capra meets chef Uri Navon who's restaurant is located in a Kosher neighborhood, yet serves none kosher food. He connects with Chef Moshe Basson who is very popular in Jerusalem. Chef Massimo visits a mountain cheese maker, navigates the market vendor stalls, tastes everything he can and finds the two ingredients he needs, the tahini and meat for his meal. He does find the time to explore a few attractions along the way.

Arriving in Tel Aviv, the culinary center of Israel, Chef Massimo decides to have a relaxing evening dinner, instead, he is treated to an eye opening cooking demonstration by a very animated chef. In the morning he visits Tel Aviv's magnificent beach waterfront then meets up with Chef Oved Alfia and together cook-up a delectable morning treat. From here he heads back to Jerusalem to meet up with Chef Moche Basson to grab ingredients at the Old Jerusalem Market....It's a real treat.

Chef Massimo Capra meets chef Sheldon Fonseca of a very exclusive resort high above the town of Vevey. Chef Sheldon sends Massimo on a gathering spree that takes him into local restaurants, vendors located along the spectacular Alp mountain trail from Chef Sheldon's restaurant. When Massimo has completed the gathering of ingredients, they prepare the dish and enjoy their creation above the clouds and overlooking a breath-taking view of Lake Geneva below.

Newfoundland, Canada is blessed with fish, wildlife, post card like scenery and great people. Chef Massimo Capra finally catches big fish that will be on the menu when he teams up with chef Nathan Orton and together prepare a meal known locally as a "Boil Up"- it's a Newfoundland tradition. They invite a few friends and cook over an open fire and camping stoves on a small island. Friends just pull up in their boats and join in the meal.

Chef Massimo Capra visits Playa Del Carmen to experiencing a resort with its own hydroponics greenhouses. Fresh daily vegetables and spices are delivered to the resort chefs along with the local fresh catch of the day. Massimo experiences resort gourmet cooking and how to make authentic Mexican food and sauces. His Chef have set up a large grill on the beach and have the catch of the day brought in to cook up an amazing meal, complete with cerveza...OLE.

A resort offering gourmet fare needs to be explored in its entirety. Chef Massimo Capra continues to meet-up with resort chefs, but first he explores Playa Del Carmen and gets authentic Tacos from a street vendor, then of course a beach massage before he goes back on the resort to continue his investigation of great gourmet resort fare. This time he is making traditional and authentic Tortillas. He also wonders how they make their pasta so he connects with an Italian/Mexican chef at the resort and when two Italians get together, they create a pasta masterpiece..

Chef Massimo Capra loves big game and Yukon, Canada has some of the biggest game in the world. He meets up with Michele Ginest, who is a foremost expert in cooking big game. He get a lesson from a female moose hunter on moose calling and she also supplies him with the Moose meat for dinner. Chef Massimo goes out into the countryside to forage for the rest of the ingredients with Michele that include mushrooms and berries, they even go to forage at the World's smallest desert located in Yukon, Canada. The end result has to be an astonishing meal.

Chef Gerardo D'Amore connects with Ireland's own Martin Shanahan in Kinsale (Ireland's culinary capital). His restaurant named "Fishy Fishy'" is known by all in Ireland. The daily catch is brought from the ocean that is at the front door of his restaurant, and on to the table. Gerardo gathers the ingredients with Martin and visit the local farmer, markets and casts out to sea. They even get the famous Irish whiskey and possibly do a little too much sampling at the distillery.

Chef Gerardo D'Amore experiences a tasteful diner at 39,000 feet in the air and learns that the food is prepared differently if you eat it at those heights. He visits the Lufthansa Airlines kitchen to learn more and then to Titisee in the Black Forest region. Known for the amazing scenery, the Black Forest Cake and farm harvested trout, he connects with chef Andreas to prepare an untraditional meal with a German twist.

His solution, visiting a local market and count on his chefs friends to help him. Three chefs help him understand the Island style cooking, one modern and the others, a more traditional style.
