Chef Massimo Capra explores the Belle Isle area, one of the most beautiful settings in Northern Ireland. He meets-up with Chef Liz Moore and together they find giant sized rhubarb plants (really, they are taller than Massimo), meet the local butcher to get a pork belly and they make special sausages. Chef Liz has previously prepared a meal or two for the Queen of England. The Pressure is on Chef Massimo. Both have fun preparing a feast that will be served for a very elegant array of guests in a Royal dining room no less...this will be a meal fit for royalty.

The village of Lunenburg is known as the fishing capital of Canada. Chef Massimo joins forces with his friend Chef Konrad Haumering who gets the freshest mussels, halibut, lobster, scallops right off of the fishermen's boats as they are brought in daily. All this happens within a short walk from his restaurant, truly right in front of his doors. They get the fresh catch of the day, a huge Flounder fish and they accentuate the meal by adding lobster. Massimo injects his Italian influence into the cooking while Chef Konrad adds his German flare resulting in a perfect ocean treat for their guests.

Charleston is a very historic city. Chef Massimo meets-up with Sean Brock, a chef on the leading edge of gastronomy in this city and across the United States. Chef Sean raises his own pork, chickens and works with local produce growers to harvest the best greens in the country. Massimo cooks with Chef Sean using hydrogen (something he has never done) and the ingredients gathered from Chef Sean's farm and local growers. It is southern cooking at its best.

Chef Massimo teams-up with Chef Matthew Porter, an outstanding chef who takes organic cuisine and makes it into an art form. Swordfish and eatable flowers are the highlight of this meal. Both men go out and gather the ingredients at the local fish plant for sword fish, oyster farm, microgreens farm and visit an 18-year-old brew master to get tips on their meal beer pairing. They share ideas and techniques in the kitchen as to how they will be incorporating the ingredients. The result is a meal their guests will always remember.

Even the Amsterdam canal system did not confuse Chef Massimo, he found his way to nationally renowned Chef Onno Kokmeijer, who is a multi-Micheline star awarded chef. The steaks are high as Massimo explores the many treats Amsterdam has to offer with Chef Onno. They do have an adventure together as they explore Amsterdam and create scrumptious dishes in Chef Onno's premier restaurant kitchen and private dinner area. Their special invited guests arrive expecting only the best...the heat is on.

Chef Massimo meets with his friend Angela Gray. A television cooking personality, best-selling author who has cooked for Royalty and owns an amazing cookery school outside of Cardiff, Wales. Pressure is on as they explore what the Cardiff area of Wales has to offer and cook-up a Welsh meal for their demanding guests who are very discerning foodies (really, they are Angel's hungry friends). The tension mounts in the kitchen.

Chef Massimo teams up with his friend Chef Jason Parsons; an executive chef, an author as well as a television personality. They have loads of fun in the world-renowned peach groves and grape fields of the Niagara Peninsula know for having some of the world's best ice wine. They get out and have some fun as they harvest and gather ingredients from local farmers and cook-up a cascade of delectable food using the regions bounty and its liquid gold, better known as the ice wine. These two kitchen men sure enjoy shaking up your taste buds.

Zermatt, Switzerland is one of the world's most breath-taking destinations located in the heart of the Alp mountains. High on the mountaintops Chef Massimo learns allot about cheese and the cows who give the milk that produces the world-renown Swiss cheeses. He learns how to prepare a delectable Raclette cheese high in the Swiss Alps (he does love cheese) and cooks a local delicacy-the Ibex (mountain goat) with Chef Claudio Kalbermatter.

This amazing location serves as a backdrop for Massimo to cooking with Chef Dario Ranza, one of the best chefs in Switzerland. Lugano boarders Italy and this neighborly closeness has influenced the Swiss cuisine of the area. Both men cook an impromptu polenta with black corn (which Massimo has never seen before), risotto, sausages and so much more and a desert that keeps them wanting more. Put two Italians together in the kitchen and they cook a lunch for themselves inside a cheese-making farm high up in the mountain.

The home of volcanoes, thermal springs, geysers, glaciers and thousands of waterfalls. Chef Massimo is asked to be a judge at the prestigious Food and Fun Festival competition that is attended by chefs from around the world. After the competition, he explores this small island, visits a microbrewery during a massive snow storm, he even crashes his snow mobile on a mountain glacier and manages to cook one-on-one with the most renowned chef in Iceland, Chef Siggi Hall. Both men have a blast in Chef Siggi's Icelandic kitchen.

Chef Massimo Capra becomes Massimo "McCapra" and gets into the Scottish spirit. He goes out with chef Colin Clydsedale to pick-up ingredients for a surprise meal. Colin teaches Massimo how to make an authentic haggis with a modern spin but he won't give Massimo the secret family ingredients that make it so good. Chef Clydesdale is a no-nonsense chef; he's the one who bagged the venison in order to show Massimo how to make the haggis. They compliment the haggis with a dish of local prawns...scrumptious.

Chef Massimo explores St. Augustine, Florida, a very historic city, which happens to be the oldest city in the United States. Massimo visits and alligator farm and meets largest alligator he's ever seen called Maximo. After the exploring, he teams up with Chef Ed Hill to cook-up a scrumptious meal. Chef Hill introduces Massimo to boiled peanuts, and sheepshead fish a St. Augustine style delicacy and Brussel Sprouts right from the farm and dado peppers. These peppers are unique to St. Augustine and really add the kick to any dish. This is the only place in the United States where this type of hot pepper are grown. This will be a big meal and very hot show.

Back to his hometown of Cremona, Italy, which is known the world-over for violin making (Cremona is where the Stradivarius violin was created); and for the amazing foods like culatello prosciutto, torrone, mostarda, provolone cheese and many other natural foods. "He back in heaven'" (in his words) to cook with the ingredients he grew-up with. Massimo visits factories that make the Italian torrone that he loves, the cheese factory with all his favorite cheese, and the mostarda factory that is unique to Cremona. He meets with Chef Sergio Carboni and together they prepare a home-made meal complete with their handcrafted pasta and make a meal fit for a large family gathering, really it is only Chef Massimo and Chef Sergio who will eat all the food they prepared.
