It is October 1962 and Gary has lived in the past for seventeen years, having a son, Michael, with Phoebe. He is curious as this is the date of his birth and he visits the hospital, meeting his father and his new-born self. Then, to his amazement he is mysteriously transported forward to 2016 and the bewildering world of Vapes, I-pads and mobile phones. Yvonne is a successful millionaire entrepreneuse with Ron as her chauffeur and the mother of Gary's spoilt daughter Ellie. Having seen what the future holds for those closest to him Gary returns to 1962, having first reconciled Ellie with her mother.
