The U.S. government invents a new type of plastic explosive that can be molded into every day items and that can only be exploded due to a hard impact. Unfortunately, it falls overboard a navy ship and makes its way to the island where the castaways use it to make everything from dishes to golf balls. They soon find out, however, the true nature of the plastic is discovered but not before some of the plastic is used to replace a couple of fillings in Gilligan's teeth. Making things worse is that a little monkey friend of Gilligan's has found where the castaways hid the plastic and has begun throwing it around and causing it to explode.
