Mi'kmaq medium Shawn Leonard rejoins the team for the second part of their investigation at Spruce Lane Farmhouse. With Shawn's help, the ghost hunters delve into the building's enigmatic history in search of some answers. Much evidence is corroborated on the spot with a park historian.

The ghost hunters investigate the CKRZ radio station on the former Lady Willingdon Hospital site in Ohsweken, which is said to be haunted by a lingering Mohawk nurse. Psychic medium Kevin Whitaker (Dark Dealings Paranormal and formerly of Knock Knock Ghost) joins the team on their quest for answers.
