James bought the property three years ago for £600,000 and is determined to restore the property using original materials alongside expensive modern top of the range fittings, however James has a shock in store for George after completion.
Episode 4
Peter and Julia own a now closed Post Office they bought and ran for 20 years, which is attached to an eight bedroom property. When they were forced to close it, they decided to convert it into their new home, deciding to split the property into two separate four bedroom properties, the sale of one intended to pay for the entire project.
Episode 5
Stuart and Theresa were ready to downsize for retirement until they saw a huge village hall ripe for renovation. Built in 1876 as a school, it came with a neighbouring cottage. They sold the cottage to finance the renovation of the village hall, and with Stuart being an architectural designer and owning his own building firm, he has the credentials to complete the project, hopefully, in time to host son Jamie's wedding.
