Stroud and Wootton Bassett

George is in Stroud where Phil and Layla are transforming their Grade 2 listed Georgian farmhouse complete with a mish-mash of unsightly 20th century additions. The couple hope to return the house to its former glory on a £125,000 budget. George also pays a visit to Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire where he helps Nathan and Sophie redesign their Victorian end-of-terrace family home.

Worthing and Pershore

In Worthing, George helps Rachel and Sarah redesign their three bedroom Victorian mid-terraced home on a budget of £100,000. He also meets Ben and Rosie who gave up their small one bedroom flat in Battersea, London, and bought a 17th-century grade 2 listed cottage in the village of Great Comberton, south of Pershore, Worcestershire.

Stratford-upon-Avon and Essex

George Clarke is in Stratford-upon-Avon where he helps Jonnie and Laura transform their poorly designed detached five bedroom Edwardian mock Tudor house into a modern family home, all on a £250,000 budget, and in Shenfield in Essex George meets Nicki, who bought a 1920s two bedroom cottage 16 years ago but now needs major changes costing £100,000 to make it more accessible due to her disability.

South London and Hove

In Clapham, south London, George helps redesign Massam and Maria's five bedroom Victorian terraced home which is no longer suitable for their family and 91 year old mum living with them. He also returns to Hove a year after helping Louis and Sarah, who are tackling the upstairs of their grade 2 listed 16th-century cottage following the renovation of the ground floor.

Warwick

George meets Anthony and Emily in their 17th-century grade II listed thatched cottage in the rural village of Lighthorne, south of Warwick, which builder Anthony bought two years before meeting Emily. They want to turn this 400 year old ramshackle build caused by dodgy 20th century extensions, outdated wiring, and half-finished remodelling, into a beautifully crafted home.
