Episode 1
Weasel has been inflating a big advertising balloon, but when Max the Monster Truck comes by for tyre refilling, Weasel uses the helium to refill his tyres - and Max starts to float away. Gecko races after Max in Tilly, and has to heroically hop up off the tow truck onto Max to let the air out of his tyres. Gecko then fills up Max's tyres with proper air and he's safely on his way, whilst Weasel gets a raspberry in the face when he tries to tinker with his advertising balloon and is whisked off into the air.
Episode 2
Gecko and Mama Recycle have to follow a mystery trail of trash to find the culprit causing it.
Episode 3
Weasel is installing a new super-powered electro-magnet at his workshop which he can use to lift vehicles. However, it goes a little wrong. Yes, it picks up vehicles - it sucks Baby right off the road. But it also sucks up all other metal things - even Weasel gets dragged up by his bling watch. Gecko leaps in to help, but The Mechs get sucked up too, and he loses all the metal spanner he tries to use to switch it off - Gecko is even dragged along by his dungaree buckles. However, Gecko uses his smarts, ditching his dungos and using a 'wooden spanner' improvised from a wooden spoon to unscrew the lever and turn the magnet off, saving the day.
Episode 4
At the garage, Gecko is working with the mechs to fix the outside sign, when they notice Max heading over to weasel's wheels. Max the Monster Truck wants a makeover, so he can look more like his idol Monster Truck (he has a poster of a super cool monster truck he wants to look like), and sees Weasel is doing some painting so heads there. However, when Max comes in, Weasel ignores the designs Max wants and instead just lazily paints him with the paints he has - so Max ends up in Weasel's wheels colours and even gets a decal of Weasel's face. Max doesn't notice until he passes Gecko's garage, and the mechs show him a mirror. Max is upset - this isn't the design he wanted at all. But luckily, Gecko steps in with the mechs to fix Max up with the cool design he wants - cue an awesome monster truck modding montage.
Episode 5
Gecko and the Mechs need to place Bobby's bumper. However, it accidentally falls onto Gecko's foot. Gecko hops around in pain, causing more chaos before Green steps in to help. CUT TO Gecko with his leg in a cast, having to stay sat down, with Green tending to him. However, Gecko still wants to help finish Bobby's bumper change. So he has to direct the mechs from a distance as they try to put the new bumper in place. There's quite a bit of confusion at first, and lots of slapstick - Green has to work overtime to stop people crashing into Gecko and hurting his foot even more. But Green is able to keep Gecko safe, and eventually, Gecko's able to get the job done by dividing the tasks "blue, you do this, red you do this". Working as a team they're able to fix the bumper on right and finish the job - then Gecko's earned a nice rest.
Episode 6
Weasel has a great idea to bring in new customers - he's got a BBQ going, and is going to give a free kebab to every customer. However, predictably, it goes wrong and his BBQ catches fire. Fiona Fire Truck rushes to help, but she beaks down short of the fire. Whilst Weasel worries about his burned kebabs, Gecko and the Mechs arrive to save the day. They try and use the hose (Weasel gets drenched) but it doesn't reach, so Gecko has to repair Fiona in double quick time to save the day. In the end, Gecko is able to fix her and she puts the fire out (drenching Weasel once more) and all is well once again.
Episode 7
It's a spooky full moon night. Max the Monster Truck is getting over-excited by all the Halloween decorations and is driving around. However, he crashes into a creepy sign and then a picket fence, and comes out with fangs and horns, then goes through a bush and gets covered in leaves that look like scales - he looks like a real monster. At the garage, Gecko and the mechs are in costume and they're decorating Tilly. Gecko asks Green to go outside to turn the Halloween lights on, but as she goes she sees what she THINKS is a monster (Max). She gets Red to take a look, who is very doubtful, but then he sees it too and runs in terror to Gecko. Gecko assures them there's no such thing as monsters, but when they insist he takes a look. He too is spooked at first at the sight of Max, but then sees who it is and realises Max needs a bit of help getting cleaned up. So they take him to the car wash to clean him up. All except the teeth - he keeps those for his actual Halloween costume.
Episode 8
The mechs are going trick or treating (cue cute costumes). Gecko says he will follow in a bit, but first, he needs to finish fixing Baby Truck. The mechs go outside to trick or treat Weasel (who we see has a big bag of sweets) but he won't give them any - he says they'll only get sweets if they can scare him, and "I'm unscareable". They try and scare him (the old standing on top of each other with a jacket) trick but it does no good - Weasel scoffs sweets in front of them and says "guess I'll have to eat all of these by myself". They then return disappointed to Gecko, but to cheer them up Gecko has a plan. They help customize Baby Truck to put her in a Halloween monster costume and arrive at Weasel's with her. This time weasel is absolutely terrified. He runs back inside in terror, throwing all his sweets up into the air. So the mechs get some after all.
Episode 9
It's a really hot day - Green is tending to some sunflowers in a pot but they're all drying out. Then Baby Truck arrives with Mama Recycle - she's not feeling well. Gecko works out with a thermometer that she's far too hot, and so tries to cool her down. He puts a cool towel on her head, and then checks her water tank - she's dehydrated. So Gecko gives her a glass of water. This helps a bit, but to really cool her down he rigs up the car wash with cool water, and this finally makes Baby feel better. She even shakes herself dry like a dog, which sprinkles water on Green's sunflowers and makes them come back to life.
Episode 10
Weasel sends Gecko a sabotaged carjack - it's super bouncy - in a mystery present box. Gecko and the mechs try and use it on Max as they work on it, leading to bouncing all around the garage. Gecko is bounced all through the garage knocking everything over. Weasel laughs, thinking his cunning ploy worked. However, Gecko then has the idea that the jack can help - they'll help Max make his stunt jumps. They rig the bouncy jack up to make Max able to do bigger stunt jumps, and it works very well. Gecko and the mechs celebrate, whilst Weasel is frustrated at another plan failing.
Episode 11
Whilst working on Fiona Fire Truck, Gecko and the Mech notice a problem - the tail on the Gecko's Garage sign is falling off. So Gecko asks Red to go up and glue it back. However, Red accidentally spills the glue all over the roof and he gets stuck. Gecko sends Green to see what's taking Red so long, only for her to get stuck too. Gecko himself then goes to investigate, and he too gets stuck. BUT Gecko and the mechs are able to make a megaphone out of things they find on the roof, and Gecko uses this to call Blue for help. Blue uses Fiona's hose to spray the roof, washing away the glue.
Episode 12
Weasel has challenged Gecko to a race to prove who is the better engineer. Weasel is driving Max with some modifications, his new turbocharged engine, whilst Gecko drives Tilly, relying on his reliable old tow truck instead of any wacky mods. They prepare for a drag race. However, predictably, it does wrong. Weasel goes really fast at first, but then loses control and crashes into a muddy pond. Gecko and Tilly win, but then double back to rescue Max and Weasel as they sink into the mud, pulling them to safety - Gecko has to unscrew Max's new ridiculous engine as it's so heavy it's making them sink. Gecko then gets a medal, and Weasel has to admit that, at least this time, Gecko won fair and square.
Episode 13
Eric the Excavator comes in early in the morning for some repairs (Eric is being quite impatient, eager to get going), but we see (Gecko doesn't notice) that the plug for the Mechanicals' charging beds has come out. We see they're on really low charge (like a phone), and seem really sleepy and clumsy. Gecko gives them jobs, but it keeps going wrong - they drop tools, bump into each other, and make lots of mistakes. Gecko knows this isn't like the Mechanicals at all, and with Eric's help he notices the problem - they need to be charged up. Gecko puts them on charge, and (once he and Eric have taken a little break as well, modeling patience) the mechs are fully charged and able to do the job properly.
Episode 14
Gecko is working on Mummy Truck, but the power fails in his garage, all his tools stop working (cue some mechanical crashes!). They go up onto the roof to investigate and find a thick smoke is blocking his solar panels. We see it's coming from Weasel's, and Gecko goes to investigate. Turns out Weasel has tried to replace Dylan's engine with an old knock-off one, but it's made so much smoke he can't even see where he's going (cue Weasel covered in soot). The smoke is thick, but Blue helps Gecko reach Dylan by using a little handheld fan to clear the smoke. With that done and the day saved, Gecko uses his newly repowered tools to give Dylan a much cleaner engine instead.
Episode 15
Gecko and the Mechs are out having a picnic on a hilltop with Tilly, having a well-deserved rest. They then meet new rescue hero Kat in her chopper, Helena, who is patrolling to say beware of slippery muddy roads. Gecko and Kat need to work together to save the day. Despite everyone being caked in mud, mission accomplished. Kat and Gecko decide they make a good team.
Episode 16
Santa's reindeer are all sick and he needs Gecko to find a way to make his sleigh fly.
Episode 17
It's a snowy day. Gecko is driving long in Tilly, testing how fast Kat's new helicopter engine upgrades are. They see Barry and Carrie are building a snowman nearby. But then (gasp) the ice cracks beneath them - turns out they're on a frozen lake. The two buses float away, and Gecko and Kat have to rescue them. Kat rescues one using her helicopter cable, whereas Gecko uses Tilly's cable to rescue another - bringing them safely to shore. They then all work together to build a new snowman.
Episode 18
Dylan Dump Truck comes in with a problem - his dumper keeps pushing up and dumping without warning. Whilst Gecko and the mechs check it over, Yellow is in the dumper when it tips up. However, she discovers this is great fun, like a slide. So as Gecko tinkers to try and fix it (plugging in a new wire to test the button), the mechs keep unplugging it so they can ride the slide again. Eventually, Gecko becomes wise to them and explains they can't keep playing - they need to fix poor Dylan. He replaces the piston, fixing the issue, but then rigs up the old faulty piston to a slide, so the mechs can have fun getting 'tipped' in their own time.
Episode 19
Gecko and the mechs are working on Fiona Fire Truck. Kat and Helena are flying past the garage, showing off doing loop-the-loops. However, it all goes wrong when Fiona's skids snag on a power cable and fall off (bonking Red on the head of course). Without the skids, Helena can't land. Gecko has to go right to the top of Fiona's ladder to try and attach some new landing gear to Helena - three small wheels (carried by Blue). However, when Yellow and Red end up bickering over who gets to operate the ladder, it starts swinging round. Gecko stumbles and Kat grabs him by the tail, leaving him dangling. However, the mechs then start working together to help Gecko - Yellow operates the ladder, Red passes wheels to Blue, and Blue throws them to Gecko one by one. Gecko is then able to attach the wheels to Helena and she lands safely at last.
Episode 20
Everyone at the garage is very busy, trying to get ready for the day. Green in particular is getting all turned around and frustrated. Gecko tries to calm her down, but then Carrie Bus drives by. She is rushing about all over the place, and she literally 'blows her top' when the exhaust blasts out smoke. Gecko brings her in to help her - Green is still rushing about and getting frustrated. Gecko quickly diagnoses the problem - it's not mechanical, it's mental. He gently tells Carrie and Green that there's a simple fix for both their problems and teaches them to take a few calming breaths. After this, the pair both feel much better. Green dusts off Carrie to say goodbye, and they get on with their days happily.
Episode 21
Gecko has repaired Eric's digging arm and turns around to find the mechanicals are on a treasure hunt. Everybody starts to dig up different things around the construction site, but what could all these things be? With the help of the mechanicals Gecko puts the pieces together to build a rail car, and Eric unearths the old track.
Episode 22
Gecko and the mechs are out for a drive in Tilly when they hear someone crying at the playground. Max and his sister are trying to play but the merry go round is broken, making Max cry.
