Episode 1
Baby Truck is nervous about her very first visit to Gecko's Garage. When the clumsy Mechanicals scare her away, it's up to Gecko to persuade her back to the Garage for her wheel change.

Gecko's on the way back to his garage when he notices Bobby The Bus got stuck in the snow. He tries to help his friend but then, Tilly The Tow Truck gets stuck as well. What will he come up with this time to save the day?
Episode 9
Eric the Excavator is at the garage today and Gecko and Yellow Mechanical are ready to give Eric a service to make sure he's in the best shape to work on the construction site.

Baby Truck is very upset - she lost her precious dummy. Luckily, Gecko and the Mechanicals are around and ready to lend a hand.
Episode 11
Eric The Excavator is in trouble. Only Gecko and Blue Mechanical can help him - but Blue's so scared of a sudden storm. Will he overcome his fears and save Eric?
Episode 12
Gecko finds Mummy Truck and Baby Truck at the entrance to a tunnel which is blocked by a cave in. But when Gecko, Green Mech and Tilly go to take a look, another cave traps them inside.
Episode 13
Bobby the Bus mucky old petrol engine is causing lots of dirt. Gecko gives Bobby a clean electric engine instead, which makes him much cleaner and happier.
Episode 14
Fiona Fire Truck is frustrated because vehicles just aren't getting out of her way when she needs to get to an emergency. Gecko decides to fit her with a brand new siren to really make the vehicles take notice.
Episode 15
Gecko is fixing something on Bobby's roof and Bobby drives away with Gecko still up there. With teamwork and the great idea of Yellow Mechanical to use a stop sign they save the day.
Episode 16
Gecko is not feeling well, so he decides to take a lie down. The Mechanicals say they can manage for the day but things don't quite go to plan - there's chaos as all three mechanicals accidentally work against each other.
Episode 17
Gecko finds that a rival garage has opened up - Weasel's Wheels, run by the greedy and lazy Mr Weasel. However, when Fiona Fire Truck goes to Weasel for an oil change, she comes out hiccuping bubbles. Gecko leaps to the rescue, and discovers Weasel actually used washing up soap instead of oil to fill up Fiona. Oh no.
Episode 18
Max (a young, reckless Monster Truck) is looking for somewhere to practice his jumps and flips. He decides to head into the construction site after he spots lots of cool trenches and piles of dirt. Irresponsibly messing up all of the hard work - Eric the Excavator is not happy. But then Max runs out of fuel just as he's crossing a pool of wet concrete. Gecko has to get some fuel in Max before the concrete dries.
Episode 19
It's Green Mechanicals birthday, and she has lots of helium balloons. However, when Fiona gets stuck in the mud, they tie the balloons to her to get her out. however, they then need to get her DOWN. So Green uses the bouncy castle to hop up to her, and pops the balloons to get her down.
Episode 20
Vicky Ice Cream Truck knocks her ice cream ornament on a low bridge, and so goes to Weasel's Wheels to get it fixed. However, lazy ol' Weasel just grabs the nearest cone-shaped object (which happens to be a rocket) and sticks that on her roof. Of course, she then speeds off out of control. She passes Gecko, who is with the mechanicals at the side of the road. He yells through his new megaphone and tells Vicky to go round the roundabout continuously until he can work out a way to stop her. Vicky does this - Gecko and the mechs try a few ways to stop her and finally they're able to put the rocket out by throwing a bucket of water over it - Vicky is dizzy but fine. Gecko then fashions his megaphone into a proper replacement ornament for Vicky.
Episode 21
When Gecko is a bit distracted, and the mechanicals up mixing the tyres of Baby Truck and Max. Baby has a great time rolling around in the mud on huge tyres, whilst Max can fit into tiny places. Baby however quickly wants her old wheels back when she realises she's out of control. Gecko quickly notices the problem, and after managing to stop the two wayward vehicles going out of control, he sets things right.
Episode 22
Gecko is putting the mechanicals to sleep. However, just as he's about to go to bed himself, Bobby arrives for a late-night emergency wheel change. Gecko has to change the wheel but mustn't make any noise for fear of waking the mechs - he can't use the drill so uses a wrench, has to avoid dropping the wheel, keep quiet as he struggles with the stiff bolts. In the end, Gecko succeeds and Bobby goes away happy. Exhausted, Gecko falls asleep on the sofa. When Blue gets up to a glass of water, he sees Gecko and pulls a blanket over him, showing their mutual care.
Episode 23
Blue is obsessed with his hero, Captain Spanner, and has a poster on the wall. As Fiona Fire Truck comes in for some routine repairs, Blue is more interested in playing superhero with his little cape. However, when something goes wrong - the car jack backfires and Red ends up catapulted up onto a high pylon - they need to act to rescue him. Fiona's ladder isn't tall enough, but then Gecko has the idea to catapult Blue up to get Red, turning his superhero cape into a glider so they can land safely. Thus, Blue gets to play superhero and. just briefly, fly just like Captain Spanner.
Episode 24
Gecko is going to take an old sofa to the rubbish dump - Yellow is having fun jumping on it, but Gecko says they can't keep it. They load it up, along with some old sticks and a net, all to take to the dump. As they go, they pass the truck family at the truck playground. However, Baby then goes down the slide too fast and lands hard, getting hurt and bursting into tears. Gecko wants to help, but then he and Mama Recycle get an idea. Using the trash, they 'upcycle' the net, sticks and old cushions to make the slide 'soft play' so Baby won't get hurt. Sure enough, she slides down and bounces when she hits the ground. She has great fun with the mechs, whilst Gecko thanks Mama for teaching him about recycling.
Episode 25
Baby comes into the garage with a wobbly tooth, confused about it. Gecko explains to her that's it's perfectly normal - when teeth fall out, you put them under your pillow and get a coin. It'll fall out naturally, it could happen at any moment. As Gecko says this, however, Baby Truck sneezes (since Red is doing some spring cleaning with a feather duster) and the tooth flies out. Baby is worried - if she can't find her tooth, how will she get her coin? Gecko and the Mechs search the garage for the tooth, and after searching in some very odd places, they have to admit defeat. That is until they notice the tooth got stuck in Red's feather duster - it's been there all along. Red hands it back to Baby, who is very grateful.
Episode 26
Gecko and the Mechs, and Tilly have gone camping, and they have a brand new caravan. However, when Yellow uses the wheel stops for firewood, the caravan begins to roll away, with Green inside. Gecko and the mechs race after the caravan in Tilly Tow Truck, and Gecko leaps aboard to quickly engineer a way to steer using a rope on the wheels. The top gets knocked off by a branch too, so it becomes a roofless caravan. He tries to stop the caravan from flying off a cliff. He very nearly manages, but new friend Rescue Kat arrives at the end in her helicopter to help save the day,
