Stephanie becomes uncomfortable over the situation, she tries to call DJ to pick her up, but Danny learns about the party after he answers the phone in DJ's room. Danny arrives at Gia's apartment and Stephanie becomes dismayed. Claire arrives home from work and she becomes shocked that her daughter threw a party without her permission. Danny tries to explain the situation to Claire, but he still has laryngitis, she gives Danny a remedy to soothe his throat and he can speak normally. Danny and Claire agree to pay more attention to what their daughters are doing and the two decide to plan a date. Danny talks to Stephanie privately and he praises her for doing the right thing. Meanwhile, Jesse becomes jealous when his former band replaces him with another lead singer and their newest song has become a hit.

D.J. and Kimmy go to a college fraternity party, where Kimmy is very nervous. To loosen herself up, she takes a drink, and then another ... and it isn't long before she gets very drunk. An embarrassed D.J. takes Kimmy's car keys and forcibly removes her from the party. When Kimmy realizes she is back at the Tanners, Kimmy gets very angry and wants to return. After all, she was just getting loose and drawing the attention of several cute guys; Kimmy's view of what had happened are played out through flashbacks. However, D.J. eventually manages to tell what really happened: Kimmy was acting like a fool and jerk, and insulting everyone; the party hosts were going to kick Kimmy out of the party. Kimmy admits this was the truth, but then says why should D.J. care. A tearful D.J. reveals that her mother had died in a car accident caused by a drunk driver just a few years earlier. Kimmy is enlightened and, woefully remorseful, apologizes for what happened.

Michelle saves up to buy the perfect present for her father for Christmas. Later Becky buys the same present as a gag gift for Joey, and the whole family Laughs at it. Michelle forces Jesse to take her to return it on Christmas eve but the store clerk wont budge. He presses a button that calls the police after Jesse insists forcefully. Nicky and Alex are afraid of Santa Clause.

On the way, her horse trips and Michelle falls off, hits her head and gets amnesia.
