In this 2-hour premiere of the Season 3, the 11 finalists arrive in New York City and are immediately thrown into the kitchen. Their first challenge is issued by non other than celebrity-chef Bobby Flay. They are to create an original dish as part of an 11-course potluck dinner. After that, they decorate wedding cakes at the Roosevelt Hotel with Chef Duff from Ace of Cakes. And for their final challenge, they divide into two teams and cater a wedding for 100 people - in only six hours!
