Agility is a sport that requires a strong bond between a trainer and their dog. In order to be successful, trainers need to develop a bond with their dog and find something that motivates them. Most major agility competitions provide no monetary award and trainers run simply for the ribbon and the joy of winning. Agility is the definition of a true team sport. With the technological advancements of today's society, it has been televised on numerous television networks and continues to grow and evolve.

Tony La Russa launched the Pets for Vets program in 2011. His main goal is to place military veterans and their families with a partner that will provide therapy. The program helps both rescued animals and veterans by bringing them together for their own good. La Russa thought that the organization would be something good, but it ended up becoming something great. He encourages others to do what the program is doing and help veterans and animals in need. Along with his program, La Russa works with the Red Sox as the Vice President of Baseball Operations.

Kevin Youkilis was known as "The Greek God of Walks" throughout his career playing major league baseball for the Red Sox and White Sox. After mastering the sport of baseball and travelling to different towns across the country and trying different craft beers, he decided to open up his own beer business and become an apprentice once again. Over the years, Youkilis and his team have developed a successful beer and restaurant business and have won several titles from the state of California. He continues to strive to prove to others that he is worthy of what he has achieved.

Brandi Chastain won the world cup with the US women's national soccer team in 1991. After the championship, she was cut and spent three and a half years trying to get back on the team. From both the many successes and difficulties she has undergone, Chastain says that you need to learn from the bad things, take them as a lesson, and reevaluate what you are doing. Her love for the sport, it's tactics, and the competitive aspects have always given her hope for her future and have driven her to two World Cup titles and two Olympic medals. Today, she coaches young athletes in California.
