Episode 1

Heist Fear Factor

Fear Factor begins its sixth season with a million dollar heist. First the teams must make it through one of the highest and fastest helicopter stunts ever all while trying to retrieve a set of keys for the final stunt. Then, they must crawl through a vent system filled with rats, spiders and fire. Finally, the duos will have the chance to steal up to one million dollars from a sunken armored car. A new twist to the show this season features host Joe Rogan traveling all over the country challenging people to "Fear Factor" stunts right in their own home for the chance to win a $5,000 Capital One credit card. The first stop was Phoenix, Arizona. Also new this season is a brand-new stunt team from such movies as "The Matrix Revolutions" and "Jurassic Park."

Episode 2

Blind Date Fear Factor: No.1

This was a special blind date episode. Four single men would be introduced to four single women, and the women would get to pick which man they wanted to be paired up with. The four couples would then compete as teams for the $50,000. For the firs stunt, one partner would drive a boat across a lake while the other partner grab a hook hanging from a helicopter and attach it to the boat. The helicopter then lifts the boat out of the water and one person have to climb onto a cargo net on the underside of the boat, release four flags, and drop into the water. The second partner would then have to do the same. The couple to get the most flags in the fastest time would get to choose which couple would be eliminated. The second stunt is crabby...as the couples are locked in a large tank filled with 45 degree water and large Dungeness crabs. As more cold water and crabs were pumped into the tank through two pipes, both team members would have to find which of four keys unlocked caps from the floor of the tank and use the caps to plug the pipes. Because of the dangers of hypothermia, there would be a ten-minute time limit for this stunt. The couple to complete this stunt the fastest would win a twelve-day trip for four to Belize. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. For the finale, the couples are in opposite sides of a Plexiglas box, separated by a wall. As the box filled with 2,000 pounds of ice, one partner would have to collect pegs from their side of the box and transfer them to their partner through a hole in the wall. Their partner would then have to put the pegs in a box. After they had transferred all 52 pegs, they have to pull a lever that would open the bottom of box and drop them into the water below. The bottom would automatically drop out after two minutes if contestants had not completed the stunt. The couple to transfer the most pegs the fastest would be Blind Date Fear Factor Cham pions and win $50,000. The Home Invasion segment would be the Okolowitcz family of Providence, Rhode Island. Two family members would have to transfer five hagfish from a tank to a bucket using only their mouths. If they could transfer five hagfish in one minute, they would win a $5,000 Capital One credit card.

Crane Cannon Launch/Trash Scavenger Hunt/Heli Body Drag

This episode featured four pairs as teams. First, it's the human cannonball. As a truck drives along a pier with a crane hanging off the side, one team member hangs from a crane and then into the water they light the fuse to giant cannon. Their partner is shot out of the cannon and into the water, swim to a boat and clip a flag to a flagpole. The team to finish fastest chooses team to be eliminated. Next, it's a trash can buffet scavenger hunt. Teams dig through dumpsters and barrels to find items. The team to match four items fastest would win a four-day trip to Las Vegas and $20,000. No one would be eliminated. The final stunt is a real drag. Team members hanging on to handlebars attached to a helicopter and are dragged across pavement on their stomachs. They have to let go as close to the finish line as possible. The team to get the least combined distance from the finish line would win $50K. The home invasion stunt goes to Dubuque, Iowa.

Psycho Fear Factor: Part 1

In part 1 of 3 in this series six couples stay at the Bates Motel from the movie Psycho and competing on the set where the movie was filmed for a grand prize of $250,000. For the first stunt the women would be locked in coffins with rats and super worms and be buried under two tons of dirt. The men dig them out using shovels. Once free the women dig through dirt and worms to find a key. The three winning couples advance and vote which losing couple would be eliminated. No eating for the second stunt. The couples left would go in the basement of the Psycho house; both members of each couple would be locked in one side of a divided water tank with 100 snakes. Taking turns, they would have to go under the water and use a knife to cut ropes blocking a hole in the wall between the two sides of the tank. The two slowest couples that cut the ropes and swam though would be up for elimination chosen by the three fastest couples. On the road for the home invasion Joe would visit the Scott family in Orlando, Florida.

Episode 5

Psycho Fear: Factor Part 2

In part 2 of 3 in a series at the Bates Motel for $250,000, for stunt three the women are handcuffed to the shower head in one of the Bates Motel showers as blood rained down on them. The men would have to unscrew an ax from the bottom of an ice chest filled with disgusting slop and chop down the door to the room... then find a hidden key and use the key to free their partner from the handcuffs. The couple to complete this stunt fastest would have two options: win a pair of customized bikes from Metropolitan Choppers or be exempt from the next stunt. They give the prize they didn't choose to another couple. No one would be eliminated. In the fourth stunt, the men would be lying on a sled being pulled behind a hearse as a semi truck followed behind. The women on the back of the hearse have to turn a crank to unwind cable attached to the sled, getting the men to the truck. The men have to reach up and grab a flag on a pole jutting from the front of the truck. Once they had the flag, the women would have to tow them back in, take the flag, climb over the hearse and clip the flag to a flagpole on the hood. The couple with the slowest time would be eliminated. Back at the Bates Motel, the remaining couples would be receiving an unpleasant surprise. In the home invasion, Joe heads off to Queens, New York to visit the Easton family.

Episode 6

Psycho Fear Factor: Part 3

This episode is part 3 of 3 in a series at the Bates Motel. At the beginning of this episode, they were informed that whichever couple could collect the most roaches dump on them the night before and keep them alive until morning would win a prize. In the fifth stunt on the final of the series, both partners would be bound in straight jackets and have to work together to get free as fast as possible. But first, each person would be given the opportunity to eat two live Iraqi Camel Spiders, each worth 30 seconds off their time, giving each couple the chance to deduct up to two minutes off their time. The couple to take the longest escaping would be eliminated. In the last stunt, racing head-to-head, the women would be in an upstairs room of the Psycho House unscrewing caps from sticks of dynamite and tossing them out the window. The men would be outside assembling detonators. The first man to get his detonator assembled would attach a wire to it and use it blow up the Psycho house and send the women hurtling through the air. The man who got the detonator assembled first would get an additional two sticks of dynamite. The couple who got the most sticks of dynamite out the window would be Psycho Fear Factor Champions and win $250,000. In the home invasion, Joe visits the Scholtz family of Evansville, Indiana.

Episode 7

Heli Platform to Platform Jump, Barber Shop, Container Launch

This episode features four co-ed pairs competing as teams. In the first stunt, both team members leap back and forth between two platforms hanging from helicopters with each person transferring up to 10 flags from one platform to the other and then jumping in the water. The three teams to get highest flag total will advance to the next round. In the second stunt one team member is seated in a barber chair and their partner spins them. When the chair stops, they have to get whichever haircut their head was pointing to. There are six haircuts they can get. Teams would advance to the finals if both members got their designated haircuts. In the finale a crane lifts a large container to 200 feet in the air, both team members have to climb rope ladders hanging from the container. Once they reach the container, they both have to scale a narrow ledge on the side, collect two Allen wrenches, and climb another ladder to the top. Once on top, they have to use the wrenches to unscrew hatches and climb down into the container. When they were both inside, they have to touch two pieces of a live wire together in order to blow themselves out of the container and into the water below. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champions at winning $50,000. This week competing in the Home Invasion is the Frederickson family of Hagerstown, Maryland.

Mother/Son

Mother-and-son teams play for $50,000. For the first stunt, the sons must balance their moms standing on their shoulders while her son is standing on a small ledge 100 feet in the air and gather up to 7 flags...she or they fall, they're out. The winner gets to choose the team to be booted off first. Next it's chores around the kitchen. The moms and kids have to remove a hair clog in the sink with their mouths and find keys to open locks to get cans filled with scorpions as they try not to get bitten by African Tree boas in the cupboard. Then they have to open the cans with a can opener, grab the scorpions with their mouth, and put them in a bowl. For last chore they must suck rotten milk in a milk bottle though a straw and move it to another vessel. No one gets eliminated in this stunt as the winner will get their mortgage paid for an entire year! For the final stunt the moms must drive a car underneath a moving semi truck, dock the car in place under the truck, climb out the sunroof into the truck, gather flags and then climb outside the moving truck and go along the sides of the truck and place the flags. Joe then go on the road and travels to Ontario, California for a Home Invasion. He visits the Horton family and for a 5000 Capital One Card, they must stuck up threw a straw blended night crawlers, super worms and rotten fish heads and fill up a tall glass to the second line to win.

Freaks vs. Geeks

Freaks are paired and Geeks are paired as teams compete for $50,000. The teams must work together in the first stunt. One team member will be hanging upside down from a helicopter as the other one is launched off a chair into the water, swim to a platform and grab a flag and then hop on a water bike. The one hanging of the helicopter must them pick up the rider off the water bike as it is moving and then drop the rider near the platform in the water and the rider must plant the flag. The team that does this the slowest will be gone. The fastest gets to pick the lineup for the next stunt. Next, the teams must pass chips mouth-to-mouth while sitting inside a large glass box with 2000 frogs and 100 baby alligators swimming inside. No one will be eliminated, but the team that passes the most chips in two minutes will win 20 thousand dollars and a trip to Universal Orlando or Hollywood. Finally, one will be dropped off a helicopter into the water and swim to a buoy to retrieve a key, then swim to a pier and put the key on a fishing line. The other person will reel up the key on the line and start up a Quad ATV and drive it off the pier. The fastest time wins it all! Joe Rogan travels to Owens Crossroads, Ala., for a home invasion stunt. He visits the Economy family whose mom must eat stink beetles, rotten cheese and smelly seafood in a minute to win a Capital One Card worth 5000 thousand dollars.

Reality Stars: Part 1

Five teams of Reality TV stars get 15 more minutes of fame as they compete in Part 1 of 3 shows. First, it's a demolition derby as one member drives and the other passenger shifts the car. The car left standing wins. No one will be eliminated. The winning team and two guests will be sent with eight of their guests on an 8 day African safari. In the second stunt, the teams must retrieve three skulls all in different areas of an alligator infested swamp and put them on 3 different posts on the beach. The slowest team will be eliminated. Joe goes to Bristol, Connecticut for a Fear Factor Home Invasion and visits the Sazinski family with a chance for the family to win a $5000 Capital One Card.

Reality Stars: Part 2

In part 2 of 3 to win $150K, the 4 teams third stunt had elimination. The fastest team wins a pair of 3D DI Sea-Doo jet skis. The men drive a jet ski to a burning house boat with the women towed behind. They jump off the Jet Ski and retrieve a fire extinguisher, both swim to the boat and climb aboard to extinguish flames on deck, bust through a screen door, retrieve a dummy, bust out the back door, carry the dummy to the roof and board a helicopter that flies them to a raft, jump out and put the dummy in the raft, and swim the raft to shore. Once on shore, carry the dummy to an ambulance. In the fourth stunt, the women are locked in an airtight Plexiglas box with Madagascar hissing cockroaches, worms, stink beetles, and maggots underwater held down by 4 ropes. The men swim underwater with wire cutters, clip each rope and release the ropes to make the box surface. The slowest team is eliminated. Joe would go to Simi Valley, CA and visit the Frederick family for the Home Invasion stunt.

Reality Stars: Part 3

The final show featuring co-ed teams from Reality Shows competing for a grand prize of $150,000. For the fifth stunt no eliminations. The fastest team to complete this stunt wins 2 TIVOs with lifetime service and $20,000. The women are locked to a sled by their wrists, waist, and ankles. The men turn a crank to send the sled through a tunnel stopping at three points. At each point, the men would search through ice for canisters and the women would retrieve a key with their teeth as tarantulas and crickets were dumped on them. They pry the canisters open, get a key, unlock a lock to send the sled further into the tunnel. After unlocking all the locks, the men crank the sled back to the tunnel entrance and use the keys they have to release the women. In the final stunt, partners stand on cars suspended from cranes over 100 feet in the air. As the cars moved father apart, one team member would toss balls to their partner who catch them and clip them on to their belt. The team to transfer the most balls in 90 seconds would be Reality Stars Fear Factor Champions and win $150,000.

Family Fear Factor

This episode featured four parent-child teams competing at Universal Studios Orlando. For the first stunt, the parents jump out of a helicopter 200 feet over a lagoon. Once in the water, they climb up onto a platform and pull a lever to send their child racing down a zip line. The parents then have to swim to a buoy, collect a flag, and then free their children from the zip line harness. Both parent and child swim back to the platform and both have to post flags to stop the time. The team to complete this stunt slowest would be eliminated. The second stunt has the parents peddle a stationary bike that shot dead fish at their children. The children are wearing large plastic overalls in which they have to catch the fish that were flying at them. While the parents were peddling the bike, they receive periodic electric shocks that would increase in intensity as time went on. The team to collect the most weight in fish within th e time limit would win the Fear Factor Unleashed video game and $20,000. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. The third stunt would see the parents stand on a beam 200 feet in the air and swing their child out to grab hanging flags. Once the child had collected all the flags, the parent would jump off the beam to stop the time. The team to complete this stunt fastest would get to choose which team to eliminate. The last stunt the parent would drive a van through a narrow barricaded obstacle course while their child stood on top of the van and grabbed hanging flags. Along the way they would go over bumps, have buckets of slime and lard dumped on them, and be hit by high pressure water hoses and foam blowers. The team to collect all four flags and drive through the box wall at the end of the course fastest would win the $50,000 and be Family Fear Factor Champions. Competing in the Home Invasion Stunt is the Castillo family of Las Vegas, Nevada. One person has one minute b ob for up to five rotten fish in a tank of fish sauce and put the fish in the hands of family members. For each fish they retrieved in the time limit, they would win $1,000 from Capital One.

Military Fear Factor

4 branches of the military compete on-board the U.S.S. Hornet aircraft carrier. In the first stunt, both are yanked off the deck to a cargo net hanging from a helicopter 100 feet in the air. Each must release 10 flags from the net and drop into the water below to stop the time. For the second stunt, teams must open a crate containing boa snakes and unscrew a bolt cutter and crowbar and then open the other two crates, one with a thermos with swamp water and leeches and the other a lunch-box of pig uterus, chicken feet, and rotten fish. The time would stop when they were done consuming these items. The fastest team would $20K from Ameriquest. In the finale, teams climb on a van racing down the runway of the aircraft carrier. They unscrew grenades from the top of the van. The team to collect the most grenades before the van went over the side of the aircraft carrier would be Military Fear Factor Champions and win $50K. Joe then visits the Barnes family of Louisville, KY for the Home Invasion.

Fire Fear Factor

Four teams of best friends competing in fire themed stunts. In stunt one both team members have to climb a cargo net beneath a helicopter, release up to ten flags, and drop into the water below. While they were doing this, two members of an opposing team stand on a fire boat blasting them with high powered water cannons. The team to get the most flags the fastest would win two portable XM Satellite Radios and $20,000 cash. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. HOT STUFF GOING DOWN in the second stunt as each team member would have to drink up to three shots of blended habanero peppers. The number of shots they drank would represent the number of flares they would receive. After drinking, they toss the flares they earned into flaming barrels. The team to toss the least flares into the barrels would be eliminated. Its fire and ice for the finale...Team members have to slide down a high water slide lined with fire, swim beneath a plastic platform, and get on top of the platform by finding a hole and swimming up through it. Once on top of the plastic, both team members would have to dig through ice to find a valve to put on a rack with four nozzles. Once they had found a valve, they have to go back to the top of the slide, break a glass container to retrieve two more valves, slide down, swim under the plastic and up through the hole, and put the valves on the nozzles. Once all four valves were placed on the nozzles, the flames would extinguish and the time would stop. The team to complete his stunt fastest would be the Fear Factor Champions and win $50,000. The Home Invasion Stunt is not egg salad, but Joe goes to the Dodge Center Fire Station of Rochester, Minnesota. Five firefighters would have one minute to eat five balut eggs, which contain underdeveloped duck embryos. For each egg they could finish in the time limit, they would win $1,000 from Capital One.

Burger King Viewer's Choice

This episode features four co-ed teams selected by the viewers through an online poll sponsored by Burger King. During stunt one, one person is launched over a farmhouse and lands in a pool of mud where they must find a saw. They use the saw to cut the rope to launch their partner over the farmhouse into another mud pit where they must find a metal rod to ring a dinner triangle. Slowest time leaves. Junk yard dogs in the second stunt. The couples are attached wearing protective garments. They must retrieve three hub caps a put them in the back of a pickup, but while being attacked by two mean dogs. The worst time leaves. There is a two minute limit for each hub cab and for safety purposes. For the finale, the men are on top of a bus and the women are hanging under it over 100 feet in the air. The men climb down release their woman, lower themselves down and run to a sand pile to find a plunger handle, put it together and place in a box to release and explode the bus. The teams to do it first win $50,000 and are the Fear Factor Champions.

Young vs. Old

For the first stunt, teams of the same age group are standing across from each other on the rooftops of buildings over 100 feet high. In a game of tug-of-war, one team would have to pull the opposing team off a building. In the second stunt, the men are handcuffed and shackled by to a chair; the women are locked in a pit of Madagascar cockroaches. The men chew through cow and pig intestines to release keys. The men use a key to unlock roach pit. Time stops when the women grabbed a flag. The fastest team wins a trip to Universal Orlando or Universal Studios Hollywood and $20,000. For the finale, the teams drive a car onto the back of a moving flatbed semi. The driver's hands are restrained, the driver works the pedals while the passenger steered. The opposing team is standing on the truck throwing traffic barrels, trashcans, and tires at the car. The team to stop their car on the bed of the truck bed in the fastest time would win 50K. Competing in the Home Invasion Stunt would be the Schultz family of Bunker Hill, West Virginia. Five family members have to drink shots of blended sour milk and stink beetles. Once someone finished their shot, they would pick up a key off the table and try to open one of two treasure chests, each containing a $2,500 credit card from Capital One. They would have one minute to complete this stunt.

Disaster Fear Factor

During the first stunt, while being blasted with 80 MPH wind and water, one team member is strapped to the side of a building over 100 feet in the air. The other teammate has to scale the ledge of building and cut the five straps holding their partner in place to send them flying off the ledge. Time stops when the second person went off the ledge. The second stunt sees both team members retrieve a total of 10 Madagascar cockroaches from a tank of green sludge using their mouths. They would eat all the roaches they retrieved. The team to do this fastest would win $25,000 from Progressive Direct. Flood final as one team member walks upstream against a torrent of water raging down an artificial river bed, collecting four flags along the way. They hand the flags off to their partner, who then continues up the river collecting five more flags. The team to get the most flags in the fastest time would win 50K. In the Home Invasion Stunt the Frederickson family of Hagerstown, Maryland would have to transfer live stink beetles from bowls to a cylinder using only their mouths. They would have one minute. The cylinder was marked with two lines. If they filled it to the first line they would win a $2,500 Capital One credit card. If they filled it to the second line they would win a $5,000 Capital One credit card.

Blind Date Fear Factor No. 2

Men pick women strangers as their partner and then compete for $50,000. The first stunt in an underwater challenge: one partner must unclick 17 weights their partner are connected to with 30 seconds of oxygen for the each person attached to the weights. Winner picks what team goes home. Next, it's no picnic as the partners must eat worm stuffed hot dogs, fly shakes, 100 year old hard boiled eyes, blended roach ice tea, chicken with maggots, etc. The more they consume the more arrows they get. Then the team that hits a target nearest the bulls eye earns a ten day trip for four to Thailand. The arrow furthest away leaves. Lastly, it's time for one to be dragged under a moving train, grab flags six flags and the other to place them on top of the train in the least amount of time before they run out of tracks. Also: a "home invasion" stunt in Dallas.

Farm Fear Factor

Oink, Cluck and other farm noises. For the first stunt, both team members are in pigsties and have to bob for pig tongues and feet. The team to transfer six pig parts slowest would be eliminated. No eating for stunt two. Both team members would be strapped back-to-back on a board that rotated through a tank of animal lard. Under the lard, they have to grab frozen chickens and toss them into a basket when they resurfaced. The team to get the most chickens in the basket in two minutes would win a $10,000 flight credit from Orbitz.com and a Seven-day all inclusive trip to Mali Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. No one is eliminated. Finally, one team member is handcuffed in a tank filled with rotten milk and the other would be shackled by their ankles and dragged behind tractor as it sprayed them with fertilizer. The person being dragged behind the tractor would have to roll continuously to unscrew the shackles and get free. Once free, they would have to run to the milk tank and unlock their partner's handcuffs to stop the time. The team to complete this stunt fastest would win $50,000. Home Invasion visits the Rivera family of Bronx, New York and has to eat a cooked tarantula.

Ex Factor

Ex This! In the first stunt teams have to cross 12-inch wide balance beam on a moving boat. The men balance holding a rope while the women would be across from them on another balance beam holding the other end of the rope. The women have to lean out and grab six flags while the men supported them with the rope. The team to get the most flags the fastest before falling into the water would get to pick which team they wanted to eliminate. For the second stunt both Ex's are strapped to a wheel with their heads inside Plexiglas boxes containing 75 emperor scorpions. The wheel rotates and they have to pick up scorpions off the ground and put the scorpions in their boxes. The team to collect the least number of scorpions in two minutes would be eliminated. In the final stunt for the $50,000, both team members are in cars on the back of flatbed semi trucks as they speed down a freeway. They have to back their cars down the ramps of the flatbeds, plow through barricades and water barrels, negotiate through swerving traffic, and drive their car onto the bed of the opposite truck than they started on. Joe, for the home invasion visits the Spenson family of Attleboro, Massachusetts who must eat Madagascar hissing cockroaches in order to receive a key to open treasure chests, each containing a $2,500 Capital One credit card.

Celebrity Fear Factor

Teams are picked and Leif Garrett picks Arianne Zucker, John Melendez picks Traci Bingham, Todd Bridges picks Brande Roderick and G. Gordon Liddy is left with Tempestt Bledsoe. In the first stunt the teams get dunked in water hanging upside down as they gather flags. The team with the most flags votes a team off. For the second stunt, they must tolerate being locked in an isolation pod that's infested with maggots, smells awful, heat is introduced and other surprises crop up. Those who endure the longest win custom built cycles. And finally the teams are broken up and the ones that are left must individually complete a complex (and dangerous) driving task on a driving course where they will have to crash through a shed and over a hillside. The one who competes this the fastest wins $50,000. Then Fear Factor travels to Chicago, Illinois for a Home Invasion.
