With a recent history of terrorist attacks on US citizens, FBI agents are brought in to investigate whether the plane was sabotaged and hundreds of onlookers tell agents they believe they saw a missile heading for the aircraft before it exploded.

But when the FBI receives information that she is accepting bribes, agents from the Public Corruption squad open an investigation. Over an 18-month period Wilkerson is recorded by agents accepting over $23,000 in cash bribes and they soon discover she's not the only one.

In 1990, trash bags full of human remains are discovered in Brooklyn and are later determined to be those of a missing local woman. Despite strong evidence connecting a suspect to the crime, the man who appears to be responsible evades capture and flees to Europe. 16 years later, garbage bags filled with human remains are discovered in a small town in Albania and the FBI soon learns the two crimes may well be connected.

A roofer in South Carolina is kidnapped by members of a Mexican cartel who demand hundreds of thousands of dollars in ransom money for his safe release. Law enforcement quickly determines the suspect has been transported across state lines to North Carolina. In a massive operation, the FBI brings in its Hostage Rescue Team in order to track down the young man and his kidnappers.

What ensues is a wild cross-continent manhunt for the mastermind behind the piracy plot.

Law enforcement manages to safely detonate the device ,but through a ransom note and phone calls to the store manager, the bomber promises another deadly attack. With Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year, fast approaching, the FBI must identify and track down the suspect before it's too late.
