The house was damaged by a water pipe break that requires significant plumbing updates before renovations can take place. Then Johnathan restores a 1950's farm stand that will become a community venue. He is also requested to build a barn from scratch on the same property. Jonathan builds a post & beam barn that fulfills his life long dream of raising a barn.
