In 2005, Tracey Leigh Tetso fails to show up at a Motley Crue concert and is never seen again. Her husband, Dennis Joseph Tetso, was convicted of her 2nd degree murder in 2010 and sentenced to 18 years in prison. Her body is still missing.

On October 5, 1996, a college student at Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming, Berry Alexis Bryant, age 18, leaves a dorm party and gets a ride from the wrong classmate, vanishing into the night. An investigation by law enforcement led the police to Berry's body about 16 miles outside of Powell. It appeared that she had been in an vicious struggle with her attacker. Further investigation revealed that at the dormitory party, there was another teenager, 19-year-old Levi Collen who was interested in Berry. Investigators work this lead to find their suspect. In November 1996, Levi was convicted of first-degree murder, sexual assault and kidnapping. As a result, he was handed down three consecutive life sentences.

This installment discusses the Nasbah Wright and Tomas Ornelas murders. In May 2016, a deadly shooting on a busy freeway in Mesa, Arizona left Nasbah Wright and Tomas Ornelas dead. Nasbah and Tomas were not related to each other, they were strangers who became the victims of a double murder by Nasbah's abusive husband Christopher Wright. Nasbah was trying to escape from Christopher and Tomas opened his car door to help her get away. This one kind act cost Tomas his life. Law enforcement arrested Christopher Wright at the scene of the crime. Christopher eventually was brought to trial and was sentenced to life in prison.

September 13, 2017, Clarksville, Tennessee: Jordan Michael Hazel shot his wife Keara Hazel in the head with a shotgun and, after leaving the home, returned and then shot his two young children, a 3-year-old-boy named Kayden and a 9-month-old girl named Jaylynn. Jordan Hazel was indicted on 3 charges of premeditated first-degree murder. His legal team argued that he was mentally unstable and not competent to stand trial. He underwent a mental competency hearing and was ruled mentally capable. Jordan pleaded guilty to 3 counts of murder on August 18, 2020. Now age 30, Jordan received a sentence of "life with parole" but must serve 110 years behind bars until he is eligible for parole.
