Jules Hudson presents rural properties to a couple; Jennifer a solicitor who has discovered she can work from home and her husband, Graham. They married shortly after they met 12 years ago and have four adult children between them that might come to visit. The couple has lived in London and Kent over the past decade, but are looking forward to an escape to Herefordshire. While there, they are hoping to be volunteers protecting wildlife. They have a budget of 700 thousand pounds. First they look at a barn conversion on the outskirts of the rural village of Peterstow in the Wye Valley. Next, they visit a more peaceful rural house in Broad Oak near the Welsh border where it would be great to stargaze from. The mystery house is an old pub & Inn, in The Bage with over 7 acres of land. Jules visits two sustainable potato farmers that sell crisps. Afterwards, Jules meets the couple down at his local to discuss the fact that although the mystery house didn't have the best views, it left scope for the imagination, including grandchildren. The program concludes without a known decision.
