Who 20 years ago committed a series of crimes in the states and then went across the border and killed anyone who came close to him till he met Frobisher who managed to subdue him. And Geiger spent 20 years in prison and escaped and is now after Frobisher. Fraser finds him drunk and riddled with fear. He tells Fraser to leave. Later Frobisher goes to Fraser and set off to find Geiger.
