To get to our destination, a nice cold trout-filled shoals about 3.5 miles from here on the Dix River, we must travel up-two-rivers. First, we must travel a half mile up-river on the Kentucky and under High Bridge. Then, we must turn into the mouth of the Dix River and paddle 2.5 miles against its current in order to reach our destination.
