Production made possible by VisitLex and Kentucky American Water. The normal drift of a river is downstream. To get to our destination, a nice cold trout-filled shoals about 3.5 miles from here on the Dix River, we must travel up-two-rivers. First, we must travel a half mile up-river on the Kentucky and under High Bridge. Then, we must turn into the mouth of the Dix River and paddle 2.5 miles against its current in order to reach our destination.
